CLEANLINESS: They keep it extraordinarily clean. Sanitation wipes are located through out the area. The bathrooms look like something from a spa (Q-tips and showers that come with shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers) EQUIPMENT: The equipment is brand new and state of the art. They have a good combination of free weights, Hammer strength, machines, and cables. The cardio area is made up mostly of ellipticals and treadmills, but it does have a few bikes as well. Also, each cardio machine comes with an individual HD tv with cable programming and an ipod dock. Various weighted medicine balls, kettle bells, and a climbing wall. PERKS: Free tanning, massage chair, and free premium coffee! Aerobics classes include zumba, cardio kickboxing, and martial arts classes. First, can't say enough about the customer service at this location. Staff were really nice and knowledgeable about membership vs pay as you go and the variety of options available including durations, etc. Really made it hard to not sign up on the spot. They have a variety of options from spray to lay down bed's to stand up units. Gave me a tour and answered any questions I had. Gave me a break down of pricing and explained the specials that were going through the month of March (really a good deal). If you've ever considered doing some tanning, just to get a base or for other reasons (never knew all of them until this visit), these guys have a really nice facility and a great staff, I'd recommend checking them out.
