Christal, i think her name was, was my nail tech and did such a beautiful job! she made sure my nails were even and made sure i was happy with the end result. she took her time and was in no rush to get me out of there even though it was close to closing time. She was super nice and will be requesting her to do my nails again! i will 100% be coming back and will be recommending this place to everybody! I could not say worse about this place. I went for a gel manicure and the man who did my nails was so rude to me from the second I sat down. He was shaking his head while doing my nails as though I was doing something wrong. He then proceeded to cut my cuticles so high that they were bleeding everywhere, resulting in him getting even more frustrated. I was in so much pain that I nearly cried but nicely told him that it was hurting me. Knowing that I was bleeding so much and in so much pain, the fact that I was still charged is unbelievable. A nails is very convenient for me since I am a student at University of Alabama and I'm always on campus. I like going to this nail salon but sometimes they are not very thorough. I mostly only get acrylic nails. The nail technician try to rush through my set most of the time and my nails come out looking raggedy and thrown together. Some nails end up are wider than others and the gel nail polish isn't always even. Also, some nails are shorter/longer than others. The wait time is usually very long if you don't come when they first open. They may need more nail technicians so the ones doing nails don't have to rush in order to get their next customer in. The people in this salon are usually nice and welcoming, I've never had a bad customer service experience here. read more

And I love that they line the tubs used for pedicures...major points for the nail salons that do this. I brought my own polish (and base coat...and top coat. I don't play.) but they have a huge selection of colors for regular polish, gel, and dip powder. I booked an appointment for 2pm and sat in the nail salon for four and a half hours. I scheduled a pedicure and manicure, my pedicure was done in the first hour I was there. Then I sat there waiting while they took walk-ins before finishing me for another two hours. I payed 96 dollars for terrible service. They also over charged my friend. On her receipt it said 68 dollars but then her bank account was charged 82 dollars. I was very displeased with this nail salon. This is the only place I go in Tuscaloosa! All of the technicians do such a quality job. My gel always lasts so long here. Everywhere else in Tuscaloosa they try to cut my toes so that they grow back painfully and they never apply the gel correctly. I have never had less than a 10/10 experience here. Recently went to get a manicure for a formal event and made the mistake of going here. The man doing my nails started painting them with a color that was completely different than what I picked out, and ignored me when I repeatedly told him it was the wrong color. He then told me that the bright red color he used was supposed to go under the color I picked out. When he finished my nails, the red was still very visible.
