The first time "my" card was rejected in June, I was charged the usual amount and paid via Apple Pay, no problems. Same with the following month of July, no problems. I told the associate that it was not my card and opened my wallet to pay and as soon as the transaction went through, I was told it was $10 more than in the past. I inquired as to why and was told there was a $10 for "my" credit card being rejected. IT WAS NOT MY CARD! There are 2 customers there with my same name. The associate called Kasey, I guess the regional manager, and she refused to give me back the $10 I paid because someone else's card was rejected. I had no idea that in June and July this fee was being waived or even existed. This Palm Beach Tan made a mistake on my account, failed to tell me about it and charged me $10 for it. I cancelled my account today and will not return!

Due to sun damage I have from previous years of tanning, I am now a "spray tan only" kinda girl. I love the affordable spray tan options that they have at South Beach Tanning Center. They have self-spray tanning booths (used through an automated voice system that tells you what to do) or you can have someone (Candase) spray you. While I appreciate and like the self-spray tanning booths, I love when Candase sprays me as I feel that the tan always comes out darker. I highly recommend South Beach Tanning Center for all of your tanning needs! Sidenote - Candase is super friendly and very informative.

The out going manager complains about the old people only wanting the cheap beds and she hates cleaning them. She also doesn't pay attention to how long she puts you in to tan and doesn't ask half the time. The new manager is just as bad and has even for to put me in for tanning. And then is flippant about it. I know it's only one person, but I do deserve to be treated right as a paying customer. If you buy lotion from them, Google it before you do. They don't seem to know about most of it and try to pass some off as a new line and it's been sold for over 3+ years.
