I will be canceling my membership and I don't recommend anyone going to this place because you don't know what you will end up getting or not getting very disappointing. I gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero stars, but it is zero stars for me. And to add to this, I've only been a member for a couple of months. That's how poor the service is if you want to call it service at all. I still want to again commend Pasha. She is a great masseuse. I say they had an introductory massage rate, so I thought I'd give them a try. To be honest, I hate this process. It took me forever to find someone who knows what they are doing. Finding a good massage therapist is hard. When arrived everyone was very friendly and the place was clean and tidy. After going over what I was needing attention to, I jumped on the table and we got started. The massage therapist was friendly and kind, but I can't say it was a great massage. I left still feeling very tight in my calves and legs. There where she paid a lot of attention to that really didn't need any attention at all in my opinion. She just kept repeatedly rubbed the back of my ankle, while more time could have been spent on my calves that were tight. I hate to complain because she was super nice, it just felt like she wasn't very experienced. Having said all of that, I'm not sure I'd use her again. As for the place, I left undecided on if I'd come back. My search continues.

For background: trying acupuncture was a last-ditch attempt to address lower back pain I've had for years, which was sometimes so severe I couldn't sleep. I'd seen doctors, tried meds, done PT, you name it. My new insurance covered Sean's, so I gave it a shot - and I didn't have back pain again for months. MONTHS. Now I make an appointment whenever it starts up again, and it's gone by the time I leave. Jen is direct and knowledgable, she checks in with me throughout the treatment, and I thoroughly enjoy our conversations. Big fan. Also, I said I get the occasional massage, right? Jen's are great, but today I went to Sean for the first time, and I am SHOOK. As long as I can remember, moving my neck a certain way caused intense pain. The massage was a little intense - Sean did check in with me several times - but I suspected I needed the higher pressure, and I was right. I walked out of there, moved my neck, and...nothing. No pain. For the first time in my life. I feel like I've touched Christ's robes. I'm not the kind of person who cares what a massage office looks like. I've been to a lot of massage centers/spas, and I've learned that how fancy a place is has nothing to do with how effective they are. As long as it's clean and comfortable, I'm good, and Sean's is very clean and the rooms are usually at a good temp (and if they're not, just ask, and they'll get you a heater or fan). That said, I get that some people do care, so I'll say that most of the rooms are brightly lit and there's no ~ambiance~ extras (plants, candles, whatever). In sum: they're professional, clean, affordable, and SUPER effective. I'm moving a couple hours away soon, and honestly, I'll probably make the drive to keep coming here.

Latoya and Jennifer were both knowledgeable and professional, and staff wore masks and sanitized very well during my appointments. There were some reservation mix-ups but they were resolved fairly quickly. A great place to treat yourself on a budget.
