Dr. Frisch Has been a life saver. she was very understanding and wants the best for her patients. Highly recommended.

Don't go to Dr. Anna Frisch. She is the worst person & doctor. She is nasty & rude to her patients. I seriously think she's on drugs or an alcoholic. She has a serious problem. She can't keep her employees. They're just as nasty & mean as she is. Please do yourself a favor & see a different doctor. She is the absolute worst!!!! I've spoken with other people who were her patients & they also switched & are much happier now. Diabetes & thyroid disorders are a serious issue. She refused to see me in the office & it had been 6 years!!!! When I insisted on her checking me in person she got extremely nasty & told me to never come back. That's just fine. I actually found a much much better doctor than she will ever be & my doctor cares & always sees me in person. My spouses sugar is now under control. Also my new doctor found other things wrong with me that Anna Frisch never did. I really think she's either an alcoholic or using drugs. Please STAY AWAY FROM HER! I was a patient of Dr. Frisch for over 5 years. In the beginning, she was truly exceptional--smart, funny, compassionate, and personable. I trusted her judgment and felt well cared for. Unfortunately, since the pandemic, I began to notice a decline in the quality of her care. At first, I overlooked this because I valued our long-standing relationship and believed she still had my best interest at heart. However, my most recent experience has left me devastated and without a doctor during a very concerning time for my health. I had been struggling with abnormal thyroid levels, and my most recent labs revealed my TSH was at its worst--an alarming level of 11. I was understandably distressed and reached out for a Televisit after my concerns went unanswered through the patient portal. Instead of providing support, Dr. Frisch responded in a way that was dismissive, unprofessional, and shockingly emotional. She referred to me as "demanding," stated she had "lost compassion" for me, and even counted the number of times we had communicated on the portal as though it were a burden. The Televisit ended with her abruptly hanging up, leaving me not only without care but in a very vulnerable medical state. She told me to find another provider. This is my last visit. Throughout the years, I have always treated Dr. Frisch and her staff with the utmost respect and professionalism. I have never been rude or inappropriate. To be spoken to in such a manner, especially during a time of medical need, was deeply hurtful and unacceptable. I would strongly caution others and encourage seeking care elsewhere. Patients deserve compassion, professionalism, and respect--especially when facing serious health concerns. Sadly, I no longer believe that is something Dr. Frisch can provide. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. BEWARE AND DONT GO. 1)I was referred to Victoria by her husband practice obgyn in Coral Springs because of my high prolactin. I did an mri no tumor great now let's work to bring it down. 2) the aprn Erica Nunez was SUPER nice and friendly from the beginning but I don't know what's her problem or the owner's problem now. Basically after three months being on thyroid medication my prolactin continued to increase. I called and spoke to the MA and told her this is an emergency I've dealt with hot flashes , late period , pain weight gain acne. Menopause symptoms and I'm only 28. She said it's not an emergency and since my labs didn't change we can't prescribe you. I was super upset and asked to get an earlier appointment. They called me LAST week and told me they can move my July 5th appointment to TODAY June 27 at 9 am. Today at 9 I get no call nothing. I call the practice spoke with Alison or w.e her name was and she said I was DISCHARGED Sunday on the 23 from the practice. I asked why. This is not fair. I've been here for 5 months since Feb. mind you Erica didn't even check the lab she was supposed (prolactin) in the beginning she simply forgot. The second exam she also forgot my ACTH. I wanted a full panel to make sure everything is covered and it was like it was so hard to ask for HELP and do their job ?? Anyways the girl puts me on hold for 6 min on the phone then transferred me to Kassandra VM I leave Kasandra a vm explaining im sorry for this ugly VM ima leave you but I'm truly upset l. I call back the girl immediately says please hold. At this point I see she knows my number. I hang up after 2 min on hold. I call back immediately puts me on hold. HOW FREAKING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL IS YOUR BUSINESS AND ITS PPL! how is it to tell a patient listen I'm trying to get a hold of someone for you. I get a call back form this nice lady named Stacey explaining she has no reason why they discharge me but Florida law says they just can. She also said idk if you question Erica or not and I immediately stopped her and said no. I called when she was out of town and I said I need the medication that's actually going to bring down my prolactin which is a DOPAMINE AGONIST. Look it up. They had my labs from Dr.chen obyn which was 53.7 and prior it was 39.4 (not pregnant nor breastfeeding) and now after the thyroid medication it's at 60, so clearly didn't work. This whole circling around , I gave the thyroid medication a chance and ERIKA said if it doesn't work then we'll figure something else. Guess what THEY DONT CARE. If you're not a cut clean patient and just get better with whatever medicine they throw at you , they'll call you for an early appointment, cancel it without telling you , put you on hold for several minutes, continue to ignore you and then have NO REASON why they discharge me. Unbelievable 2 years and 6 months dealing with this issues and I came to them 5 months ago in FEB and these people are frauds ! They don't help ! To think I really thought Erika was there for me and to help me. She was so kind in the beginning and now with whoever has a problem with what the PATIENT advised decided to discharge me. When you go to a doctor, you trust them with your life and You expect the highest level of care. I went to this place to see a Dr. Anna Frisch for my type 2 diabetes. I trusted her and thought she'd be able to help me manage my disease. I started treatment with her, but saw no improvement. After over a year, she started to prescribe injectable until I told her I didnt want them because of the side effects I was experiencing. She insisted, to the point that even after my last visit, when we discussed and mutually agreed on oral agents, she send the wrong prescription to my mail order pharmacy. She once again prescribed the same injectable medication that I had told her I did not wish to continue taking. Prior to this incident, I picked up a lab order for blood works and saw that she had completely changed my diagnosis to thyroid disease. Back in January, she told me that I had to start taking thyroid medication, but I never imagined That she'd be billing my insurance for a condition other than diabetes. I started to become suspicious, so in February I went to see a new doctor who examined me and assured me that I do not have thyroid disease. This new doctor stopped the Synthroid. Still, Frisch insisted I needed treatment for my thyroid. Upon researching a little deeper into the medication she had erroneously ordered for me, I saw It in print: causes thyroid cancer. This made me very suspicious. Once I confronted her with the fact that she ordered the wrong drug for me, she insisted that I had requested it through my patient portal. When I tried to check my portal to see if I had erroneously checked a medication I was purposely avoiding,like the plague, she had already inactivated my account. She threatened to have me arrested, if I came near her office and completely refused to take responsibility for the error in prescribing the medication. Anna Frisch then proceeded to call my pharmacy and cancel all my medications for diabetes, which left me completely off to face all possible complications from the disease. At this point, my only choice would be to use the injections that would cause thyroid disease and increase her business in that area. Luckily, I had already made the decision to drop her and went to my new doctor, the one I saw last February and she rewrote all my correct prescriptions. I am now on my way to better health with the right doctor, the right diagnosis and the right prescriptions. Anna Frish has now been talking about me with other patients, ignorant of the fact that some of her patients are either friends or relatives that I recommended to her and are now in the process of transitioning to other, more ethical and honest physicians. I don't know if she has infringed any HIPA violations, but I intend to find out. This woman is not in the health care business, she is just in it for the business.
