Jason offered to bring blowers out to our house at no charge for we could start the drying process on a Sunday morning. The beginning of a bad problem that turned out better than anyone could hope for. QR. has state of the art equipment to, X-ray the walls, ceiling fans, dehumidifiers. To prevent further water damage. QR found water damage in areas that I never thought was possible. We have zero fears of mold from unfound water damage. Q.R. Employees are very professional from their office staff, to the craftsmanship employees that came out to get this mess cleaned up. They are polite, and knowledgeable in what they are doing. After QR was done with all the drywall, paint, and cleanup, you would never known that there was a major catastrophe. QR is very honest, caring, and professional. Initially time restraints with scheduling on both parties end delayed repairs. Once my floors were tore up they forgot to call an schedule the flooring install so when I contacted them there was a week delay because the receptionist FORGOT, her words. I could tell Cronin the scheduling issues they wasn't the most professional. Flooring went in perfect. The ceiling repairs was a different story. Nothing was covered or draped when the final repairs were done and I've had a bacterial sinus infection for over a month now. I contacted the office regarding the dust that left and they told both myself and my rental company they would send someone the next week and that the owner was contacted regarding the quality of service so they would be sending someone to inspect. Never heard from them again. I paid my own cleaning crew to clean up the dust left all over my home. Not a trustworthy company that cares about they clients wellbeing. read more

We have had multiple leaks in our house due to poor plumbing and a couple of roof leaks as well. We have Quick Response on speed dial. They always come quickly with fans and are able to assess the damage and cut out any drywall if necessary. They leave the fans until the area is dry and then pick up. I did not pick this company but if the choice had been mine, I would have. The work done was in a condo unit that I recently purchased that needed a bit of love. There was water damage in the water heater closet, under the kitchen sink and a small area right outside of the master tub. The seller went out a got the bids and paid for the repairs but I had all the work scheduled and done after the purchase. I have to say every one was great from my first initial phone call to both sets of repair personnel. You can't tell there was ever a problem. The drywall guys were great and very polite, as were the cabinet guys. The work looks great and they went out of their way to ensure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. They were recommended by the plumbing company (Hips Plumbing - who were amazing by the way). The gentleman came out, was friendly, but I noticed that he had to go through the house three times to assess the work and each time he came up with different information. So after leaving he stated someone would get back to me with a quote within 24 or 48 hours (I don't recall which). Well, it's been over two weeks and have not heard anything back from them. I contacted another company (702 Painting and Drywall) and they responded immediately and so far have been great to work with. I had to push the date back as the inspector didn't show and they were very understanding. I can't comment on the value of their work as they neither did any work or provided and estimate/quote. read more

I used Quick Response on the recommendation of my plumber to repair some drywall. Their pricing was fair, and they had an opening quickly, so the job was completed in a timely manner. The only issue I had was communication and the timeliness of their arrival. The first day they arrived 2.5 hours outside of the window with no call or text. I called once and texted once to check , and had difficulty getting in touch with anyone. The second day they were supposed to come back to paint, but about 30 minutes past the window of arrival I got a call asking if they were supposed to come. I decided to just do the painting myself, and to be fair, they said they'll take that charge off the invoice. I think that they do good work for a reasonable price, but if you need someone who sticks to a schedule, you might not get that with this company. read more

My initial contact with QUICK RESPONSE was great. They came out on 18 June and did the rip out work necessary for the plumbing company to come in an take out and install a new tub and shower pan. Danny was very helpful in making sure things were done and cleaned up. Danny took photos of the areas that would need restoration. He also took measurements of three interior doors that I wanted to replace due to damage. And that's where things went downhill. I repeatedly called and emailed them asking for a written estimate for the drywall repairs and the interior doors. I kept being told "...the boss hasn't had a chance to review the photos yet...we'll get back to you "tomorrow"..." Well, tomorrow turned out to be 2 July. I got an email from them saying that they were sorry that they couldn't complete the job because they only did drywall and not tile. There was no mention of the interior doors, so I guess they didn't want to do those either. I hired a local handyman to do the drywall and he showed up at 7:30 A.M. this morning. It's nice to have someone who responds. PURE PLUMBING gave me the name of a good tile person, but I guess QUICK RESPONSE is out of the picture. So I was in my bathtub yesterday relaxing after a hard day's work, when my mother began yelling for me to come downstairs. I flew out of the bathtub to find water leaking out of the light fixture in my kitchen and water spots forming. I about had a heart attack. I called pure plumbing and they got me connected with a tech who said that from my description of the issue the overflow in my bathtub was leaking. However they could see me till Tuesday, and recommended I call Robert at quick response to check the potential water damage in the meantime. I called him this morning and he let me know he would be able to come soon after his appointment and would connect with me when he was heading over. So in just a couple hours he was at my house. He was so nice, and even paid attention to the no shoe sign. He came in, scanned the areas effected, asked me how much water overflowed, whether there was soap in the water etc. He also checked the bathtub area. He let me know it was actually not bad at all, and it was a clean leak that occurred that should dry out. Well just had a pretty awesome sewer backup into my home and flood my office space, powder room, coat closet and garage. Chris and his crew including Andy and Danny from Quick Response showed up in a jiffy and ensured me they would handle the problem in no time. They created a clean work environment and quarantined the area that was affected so that my family and I could utilize the rest of our home safely. I had water damage under a tub/shower from damaged water pipes. Chris was called out to assess situation and get a space opened up for plumber. The water damage was in 3 closets and 2 rooms. He worked fast and carried off all the wet moldy Sheetrock from out of a small closet. It was smelly and not fun for him but he never complained. Chris returned a few days later to set up high powered fans, dehumidifies, and air cleaning equipment to dry the walls and floors. We've now had two jobs done by Quick Response, and are very happy with both. We had to replace an old water heater, and also the stand on which it sat, and we had a bathroom wall that needed some TLC, and we wanted the bathroom painted as well. Chris and Jason are GREAT!!! We had I toilet that overflowed....for hours!, turning my master bedroom and bath into a lake and my garage below into a rain storm! Came home to water running out of the garage. Water heater had burst. Went in the house and pantry, kitchen and dining room were flooded. Used a shop vac to get up most of the water from the tile floor, but the carpet was soaked. Home warranty co is sending hot water folks out but not until the next day and of course there is a 4 hour window. Needed to get the carpet water extracted and these guys (Bronson and Daniel) showed up within an hour of calling and immediately got to work. Very knowledgable and professional. Jason and his team were over a few weeks ago to take out and repair the island under my sink. I had water damage and mold and delayed getting it taken care of because was not crazy about what I thought would be a team in my house for a few weeks. Quick Response was able to demo and get rid of the mold in a day. We let it dry for a day in my case and then the cabinet was rebuilt in 2 days.
