The staff truly knows and cares about your pet and my puppy can't get enough of it. Add in amenities like a doggie pool that allows my pup to indulge his love of the water and I can't think of a better place to take him. He literally starts "losing it" with excitement as he starts to recognize the area when we get close. After moving away from my local Pet Paradise location I now drive over an hour to ensure he gets to visit the people who care about him whenever I have to go out of town. Over the last year this location has also gone through several updates, including new play areas and plans on adding more amenities. They keep you updated with your pet via a personalized emails and photos as well as videos and photos via social media. There is never any doubt about my pets safety at Pet Paradise and I know he loves it.

I have several complaints the first being that he was not given his Benebone. Riley loves chewing on a Benebone which is safe and beneficial because one can't chew off any pieces and it keeps the teeth clean. The front desk indicated that my dog shreds toys, but I explained this was not similar and yet it wasn't given to him the whole entire nine days he was there. The camera for the center yard where he was to play never worked until last three days, never observed my dog and then saw just single dogs with an employee who was not the least bit engaged with any dog. In addition, my dog was clearly dehydrated when I came to pick him up. When we picked him up, he was panting and drank all of my bottled water in the car. He was obviously dehydrated. Not happy. P.S. Now few hours later noticed he has left eye infection! Really not happy.

I am NOT happy and will unlikely return. My 6 mo old 15 pound pup was being relentlessly pursued and cornered by another dog who looked to be about 2x the weight and strength of my dog. I was able to observe this after the staff very reluctantly allowed me to go to "tiny town" in person to view the dogs at play through the viewing window. There was only one staff member in the room with at least 15-20 dogs ranging from around my dogs size to probably around 35 lbs. My dog was not having a good positive play experience and the staff did nothing and discounted it as just play and their good buds. What I saw was bullying relentless aggressive behavior and over pursuit of my small dog by a dog nearly 2x the weight with my dog trying to get away from the pursuit ultimately literally being cornered. I opened the "Staff only " door reached over and told them I wanted my dog NOW and was extremely alarmed and upset as was my husband. One - if your proud of your product don't be so hesitant and have an open viewing area. Two - there is a difference between play and positive experiences and aggressive pursuit. Its tough to give a rating as the place was clean and they did a good job with trimming her nails but the transparency, training and supervision leaves much to be desired. I felt terrible that my little one had that experience all day and the other days I wasn't there to catch this in the act. Be careful. Demand to see the dog when you pick up in person and observe whats going on. Web cams would be great here -- with this building for transparency as well.

5 Stars - Highly Recommend!…read more I can't say enough great things about this doggy day camp! From the moment we walked in, the staff made both me and both dogs feel welcome and at ease. They're friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about caring for dogs. My dogs came home happy, tired, and well-socialized--which is exactly what I was hoping for. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized, with plenty of space for the dogs to play and relax. I also appreciate the updates and photos they send throughout the day. Rosie absolutely loves making new friends and can't get enough of the pool--she's our little social butterfly. Remy, on the other hand, is all about the people. He really bonds with the staff, and it's clear they treat him with so much love and attention. One of the highlights for both of them was the dog-friendly ice cream--such a fun and thoughtful treat! If you're looking for a place where your dog will be cared for like family, this is it. Highly recommend!
