Immediately, were were greeted upon entry by a sales rep Pete and later met with Andres the manager who gave us a quick lesson on lab grown diamonds vs natural diamonds. Virtually unable to visually detect the difference with a pair of eyes unless you utilize a loop lens and find the laser etched number sequence on the credited lab grown and certified naturals. This store offers very good pricing on Breitling watch collection and have an exclusive Breitling Chronomat Miami Dolphin watch in the display case. Where do I even start! I reached out to Weston Jewelers last night on Instagram, as I am eight months pregnant and all of my jewelry was stuck. In minutes, I had a response from someone at the store telling me to come in as soon as possible l, and that they would help me find a solution. I stopped in after work today and right away they knew who I was and why I was there. They were able to carefully remove my jewelry, and were even able to cut my eternity band in the middle of two diamonds to not damage them. They were personable, knowledgeable, and made something that has been so stressful, so easy. I am forever grateful to the staff at Weston Jewelers for helping me out, and easing such a stress. The level of courtesy and service I experienced was beyond my greatest expectations! I could not believe the fuss they made over me and the extra effort made to make me feel like royalty! Kramer was my salesman helping me, and he was an absolute gentleman and professional! I was having great conversation with whom I believe is the owner. I had my Rolex President, day-.date completely overhauled and refurbished by Weston jewelers. I explained when I took it in that it was stopping on me after a few day's and I had to wind my self winding watch. After I received the watch within three or four days it stopped again. Took it back, watchmaker wasn't available. A pompous salesman informed me that was normal and the watch required winding. Even pointed out a display of automatic winders. i had a Rolex Submariner for forty five years. It was running when I got it and its stills going and I never had to rewind it. Rolex states the only time you need to wind their watch is when you first get it. Does Weston Jewelers really believe Jack Nicklaus, President Reagan, LBJ or Ike would put up with that? Phooey on Weston Jewelers, they may be good at removing watch band's links but I won't be going back for anything else. I don't need a rewinder, thank you, I need a watchmaker. read more

I went in there to have my Rolex sized. Peter welcomed me into the store and was very accommodating and along with his colleague ( I'm sorry I didn't get his name) advised me that I would need to bring the extra link in order to have the watch sized larger. I went back home and brought back the extra link. Peter gave it to the watchmaker and they added the link for me. They were kind enough not to charge me for the service. Weston Jewelers is an nice upscale store for all of your high end purchases. They helped me to replace a broken watch band for my mother in law's watch. I had called them to inquire if they could help and they were very accommodating. It took a little while for the band to come in but it was easily ordered and paid for over the phone. When it came in, I simply stopped by, dropped it off and within an hour it was fixed. Very nice people inside and nice merchandise to look at while I was waiting. read more

I must say, I've visited the store 4-5 times and whether I was alone or accompanied by my family, we were attended with great care and attention. Ray is amazing and very patient. I think I walked the entire store each time I visited and Ray was attentive, kind and never pushy even though I spent a loooong time in front of the Rolex and Cartier counters...he never rushed me. He just explained all the models and let me try on every floor mode I was interested in and really explained the differences between the lines etc. A few weeks later I went in to make my initial purchase and he introduced me to Geovanny, as he wasnt able to assist me at the time. Geovanny was great, helped my wife and I again walk the store and pick out watches. He gave us a bunch of great watch recommendations/information and was very easy going. He took his time and we had a great conversation. i had such a great experience with Ray and Geovanny, I popped into the store a week later to buy a few pens for the office. Well I'm back for a final review. After nearly six years since my initial poor experience, I've reached my final conclusion as to the character of a certain Ed Dykes. After I left my initial poor review below (after being insulted and berated by an employee), Ed offered me a Rolex Daytona ceramic reference 116500LN White dial with the stipulation that I amend my bad review which, I did, in good faith. "The first one that comes in will be yours" were his words. The first few months he told me he had not received a single one, which I believed. After a year or two, the Rolex supply chain started drying up, which he credited for the fact that my watch had not come in yet. "You're still the first in line," he would tell me. By the beginning of the pandemic, the short term memory started kicking in, "these types of pieces are reserved for our best VIP customers that spend $100k per year annually." I'd remind him of our arrangement and he would promise yet again. After awhile I had just about given up hope, after all, it's just a watch. It wasn't until last weekend that prompted me to write this. My wife had gone in with my kids to browse and I followed in closely after. They had recently added a "preowned watch" section to their store which is where I spotted, right there in all it's glory, a white dial 116500LN Rolex Daytona. I couldn't believe my eyes. After SIX YEARS of waiting, there it was. Ed sauntered over to exchange pleasantries and saw me looking at the piece, which he again had amnesia that he promised me so long ago. He went on to tell me that he had sold the piece to a customer back in 2017 and that he had consigned it because it was too small for him. I couldn't believe my ears. Had Ed kept his promise, that would have been MY WATCH he was now selling for a second time. When confronted about this fact, he threatened legal action if I was to leave any additional negative reviews. Well, here's my response to that! Ed is a shady, dishonorable, bully who does not make good on his promises. He does not contain the character to be a Rolex authorized dealer. I will share my story with anyone considering purchasing from this establishment. STEER CLEAR! read more

I needed batteries replaced in two watches, so I dropped them off here because it was close. They said they'd need several days because there were no screws on the back of the watch, and the watch smith wasn't there. They called me 3 days later and said watches were ready for pickup. The watches were ticking again so I paid and left. At home I noticed one of the watches was dirty, cleaned off a chunk of something and thought nothing of it. After midnight the calendar days on both watches hadn't changed, okay, so they didn't set the AM/PM properly. I changed the times forward 12 hours, and one of the watches wasn't changing days. The calendar day was stuck on '2' and barely twitched when the hands went past midnight. So I thought it might be a fluke, moved hands forward another 24 hours, and the day got stuck between '2' and '3'. I called them, said I'd be bringing the watch back because of a problem with the calendar days. After explaining the problem, the sales associate started playing with the dial to try show me it was working. I demonstrated that the date wouldn't change after it moved past midnight. He said he could have the watch smith look at it, but he had 45 other watches to look at first. I politely said that this was an issue, since it was a previous job that they hadn't completed correctly. Then he make accusations that the watch was broken when I brought it in! It's the first time anybody has opened it up, and mysteriously stops working? Luckily they had the watch ready after another week and someone else was working there, so I got it back without any lip. read more
