I showed Goody the ring and he knew just what he needed to do to make it beautiful. I left my ring and returned a few days later to pick it up. I was blown away with the end result. Oh my, I now have a new piece of jewelry that has never looked this good. They do it all... jewelry sales, repair and service. We stood there for several minutes and were completely ignored. We ended up leaving to check another store and came back shortly after. This time, the older gentleman with gray hair looked at us with an attitude and pointed to his watch, saying there were only five minutes until closing. What was frustrating is that we had already been there earlier and were ignored so that comment felt completely dismissive. When I asked if he was going to help us within those five minutes, he didn't respond at first. After asking again, he reluctantly came over with a clear attitude. While we were seriously considering purchasing a very expensive rosary piece, he suddenly walked away mid-conversation without saying anything, leaving us standing there. I've honestly never experienced such poor customer service, especially in a jewelry store where service should be a top priority. The lack of attention, professionalism, and basic courtesy was shocking. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Daniel's has been in business since 1948, based out of California. They have 3 locations in South Florida; Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines, Broward Mall in Plantation, and The Mall at Wellington in Wellington.
