From the moment I arrived, Diane greeted me with warmth and professionalism. There was an issue with lab orders that had not been received from my doctor's office -- something that easily could have been frustrating or dismissive. Instead, Diane calmly worked through it with me. She helped me email over documentation, ensured everything was properly received, and guided the process with patience and kindness. During what could have been a stressful situation, she treated me with compassion and respect. Alex was equally incredible. She spoke to me like a human being -- not just a patient in a queue -- and showed remarkable patience and empathy throughout the entire appointment. She carefully reviewed my tests, manually entered several exams that required extra attention, and even contacted my doctor's office to make sure everything was correct. That level of thoroughness is rare. There were a few tests that couldn't be completed during my visit because I didn't have everything required. Instead of making that feel like a failure or inconvenience, Alex and Diane clearly explained next steps and set me up for success so I can return prepared. For the first time in a long while, I'm actually looking forward to returning rather than dreading it -- which says everything about how I was treated. Healthcare environments can often feel rushed and transactional. This experience was the opposite. Diane and Alex exemplify professionalism, compassion, and patient-centered care at its best. Mind you I was outside their building at the front, and they said they couldn't put me in the system again since I was an no show and that I would have to set up another appointment. I did not physically see a doctor but samples were taken from my person from the clinic staff for the purpose of obtaining lab results. Under Health and Safety Code sections 123100 - 123149.5, I have a right to view my results. I was never provided my test results and it has been 13 days since my samples were taken. I have attempted to email and call this clinic multiple times. The only reason I have not went to the clinic in person is because I was instructed not to on the written authorization I signed. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to simply get tested elsewhere. I have attached an image of the signed and dated written consent as proof of my visit.
