The owner needs to have a stenographer at his side to keep up with his lies. The appearance of the nursery is indicative of the owner's customer care. It looks like a run down/nasty version of what might have been a decent place at one time. Moon Valley Nurseries landscapers installed 2 palm trees and 2 plants as we had arranged. This was…read moreon Friday February the 13, 2026. The crew was fabulous and the crew supervisor Alexander was the person in charge. He and the crew did their best. On Saturday morning my wife noticed one of the palms trees was leaning to one side and didn't liked it. Carolyn called Alexander, answered right away. Alexander listen to her concerns and explained everything would be taken cared of. Carolyn then called the store and with in minutes she talked to 2 of their top personal. Also a supervisor called her back and told her if she was not 100% satisfied they would replace the tree. Monday morning the 16th, without us knowing, Moon Valley delivery truck pulled up to our home with a new tree. Just as before Alexander and the crew went to work replacing the leaning palm. Carolyn and I both happy and pleased we chose Moon Valley Nursery. Just one little thing, I do think they are a bit more expensive than others, but the way they took care of us is worth every penny. 5 Stars for my new favorite plant shop (inside a lawn & pest control shop)…read more You've probably heard of Oviedo Plants from the way they blew up on social media over the past couple of years, but this was the first time I had the chance to go there. I was surprised to see it was inside another shop, and that it didn't have its own Yelp page. The moment I walked in I was immediately blown away by the extraordinary, curated selection of plants. Though they may not have room for hundreds of plants, they make up for it in the curation. We're talking draw-dropping monsters albo's at first sight. Then you see the sale rack and you end up leaving with far more new plants than you imagined. The staff is next level, too. Rochelle helped us. Her sister is the owner, but she does much of the buying and curation. She was able to explain to us how to care for each plant, and it turned out we got there a day after she brought a bunch of new babies in. Timmy helped check us out and set us up with boxes so packing them in the car was a breeze. It felt like a family business and one that I'm more than happy to support. A few weeks later, the plants are thriving and I am thrilled to have found this little hidden gem. Do yourself a favor!

They also carry a beautiful selection of curated goods like planters and home décor. There's even a shed in the middle of the garden filled with unique inquests!
