He's up to date with new technology and each time she leaves an appointment she always feels reassured with her treatment plans. We as a family, are grateful to have him as her Dr. I'd like to add to my pevious review Dr. Samer Nakhle is a wonderful endocrinologist my mother trusts him completely and feels very comfortable in his care. Like many busy doctor's offices, scheduling and front desk communication can sometimes be a bit confusing, but they have an incredible standout office manager, Shalika, who truly goes above and beyond to help. She's calm, attentive, and genuinely tries to make things easier. Nyla is also very kind and helpful. If you like to have your time wasted, come here. The front staff is unprofessional. I was told to come 15-30 mins early for my appt. which I did. The girl didn't check me in for 30 minutes and then started checking in other patients who arrived after I did. WHAT IS THE POINT OF SHOWING UP EARLY IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO CHECK ME IN? I'm speechless. An endocrinologist doesn't understand annual foot exam for T1D is NOT just a visual exam. It requires neuropathy exam before diabetes causes escalated medical treatment. I am disappointed in the care I received from Dr. Palal recently. Instead of going over the issue I was being tested for she was focusing on my thyroid which I was not there for. I don't feel like she adequately explained what the previous testing showed and didn't order the same tests when my initial follow up was delayed by the office so there couldn't be a comparison. All in all the entire process was a huge waste of my time since I didn't get the care I went to her for. I know most doctors are overwhelmed these days but I expect better from my doctors than feeling like they are just trying to go on to the next patient. read more

Appointment was 11:00, I arrived at 10:45 and as I type this I still wait, took one hour. A few moments later.... Well I filled out everything online ...... my appointment was at 11 I arrived at 10:40am like the 10 reminder text messages told me to do. I waited until 11:45 still waiting for my insurance to be verified. Rushed back at 11:50 to wait in a room until 12:25 then the dr spent 5 minutes with me talking over me the whole time. Spelled my first and last name wrong since I provided my id I thought they could minimally handle that. Weighted door in lobby had to slam 100 times during my visit clearly couldn't care less about the patient all about the money front desk disorganized and not professional.
