The cemetery placed the stone and this was our trip to visit the burial site. It was a lovely day, and the cemetery was absolutely beautiful. The old gravesites were well maintained and it was a joy to walk the rows of family plots and imagine what each of their lives might have been. I am thankful for the care that the staff take to maintain this small and beautiful cemetery, and for creating a sacred space where family feel comfortable visiting.

When my mother passed away a few years ago I was told by my family that I would have to write her eulogy. I was terrified and drew a blank. If it hadn't been for a wonderful man working at the chapel I'd of never got it done. But he provided my with a workbook about grief that outlined how to write a eulogy in step by step detail. I had to handle this task from 200 miles away and I am grateful to have chosen this group. Elizabeth took my early morning call and was very compassionate. She guided me through the steps to get my sister cared for with professional grace. From the first call to the home delivery of her ashes, all the staff were efficient and kind. I waited all that day and the next day and no phone call so I started calling after 2pm 3x that day and no one answered. I called repeatedly for the next two days drove to their," office ". Long story shot, three weeks and few answers phone calls with them saying waiting on state licensing. They cremated her before we got to say goodbye. I went to pick her up on February 13, 2026. Yes they gave me a refund and an urn but still to this very day I feel like I failed my daughter. I wish I had never took the recommendation from that Nurse. I do not recommend this company. The receptionist is so so rude.

It's a clean office with displays of headstones available. I was warmly greeted by Amber and she was so helpful. She put together a mock up of the headstone so that I had a general idea of what it would look like and so that I could share it with my family. When I went back I spoke to the manager (?) and he put together the final stone. Payment was super easy (online) and the prices were great. We ended up with a beautiful headstone for my folks and I could not be happier with Forever In Stone. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Unfortunately, our experience at this funeral home was beyond disappointing. There were flies all over my grandmother during the service, which was extremely disturbing and heartbreaking for our family to witness. The building itself was hot and uncomfortable the entire time. The staff was not welcoming, compassionate, or attentive in any way, which is the bare minimum when working with grieving families. The restrooms were dirty, there were crumbs already on the floor when we arrived, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building was unacceptable. The carpet is literally lifting in areas, making the place look run down and poorly maintained. They also only had one small TV for the service when multiple screens or at least one larger screen would make much more sense for families and guests trying to participate in memorials. This place does not reflect the care, respect, or professionalism that loved ones deserve. Families are paying a lot of money during emotional times and should receive a clean, respectful, and comforting environment. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. Please save yourself the disappointment and choose a place that will truly honor your loved one properly.

I was debating on posting this & even emailed the funeral home & gave…read morethem enough time to remedy this situation but it seems like the Winkley family does not care about performance, service or professionalism. All Faiths Funeral Home was extremely unprofessional on the day of my mom's services. The owner tried to give us crucifixes as an attempt to make up for the following situations, but it doesn't suffice. From the moment I walked in, I noticed that the funeral pamphlets were not on the table, despite prior discussions. When I mentioned this to Tonia, she replied that she had to pick up a "dead baby." This was not only unprofessional but made it seem as though my mother was not a priority. After the pamphlets were printed, they contained errors - the date of her passing was incorrect. I had to make several calls to the office, and after 45 minutes, they were reprinted. However, they were still wrong. We had requested the pallbearers to be listed instead of the internment information, and this was not done. Additionally, I struggled to find anyone to help with the TV and slideshow. Fortunately, I have some IT knowledge and was able to manage it myself, but once again, this was a service failure on their part. The casket emblems, which were supposed to be on the casket, were missing until I brought it to Tonia's attention. Even then, one of the emblems was incorrect. Moreover, the announcement upon my mother's entrance to the Funeral Home had her birthdate listed incorrectly. The final issue, which was perhaps the most concerning, was the leaking of embalming fluid. We were never notified about this issue, and if it was a problem that morning, as Tonia mentioned, we could have opted for a closed casket. Instead, we proceeded with an open casket, and several family members inquired about the embalming fluid. The lack of communication regarding this issue was extremely disappointing. I felt like I had to manage the entire funeral service myself, which was incredibly overwhelming during such an emotional time. I was unable to properly grieve because I had to constantly coordinate and address these issues. All Faiths Funeral Home had more than enough time to prepare, as my mother had passed three weeks before the services. The lack of professionalism demonstrated on one of the most vulnerable days of our lives is deeply upsetting. When we chose All Faiths Funeral Home, we were reassured by Tonia's sincerity and felt confident that we would receive the support and services necessary. We trusted her & All Faith's Funeral Home with our mother's care, and unfortunately, we were let down. Previously, the funeral home had a poor reputation due to legal issues, but with the new ownership and name, we were hopeful for a fresh start. Sadly, the unprofessionalism shown by Tonia and her staff on that day has shattered that confidence. It's difficult to imagine recommending this funeral home to anyone, given how my family and I were treated. It's disheartening to feel as though my mother was just another name or number on their books. If you truly care about your loved ones do not bring them here. Seems like Smith Manor only had its name changed to "All Faiths Funeral Home"...
