I can't thank Affordable Markers enough. My 90 year old father wanted to purchase a double grave marker for his parents. He is on a fixed income and couldn't afford the local companies prices. I researched and found this company online. I then spoke with a couple of local cemetery's and was told that affordable markers did good work. I was a little nervous but everything went smoothly. The website and design site is super easy to use. They don't start work until you approve the final picture. We ordered during the holiday so the work took a little longer to complete but it was worth the wait. All in all it took about 6 weeks (I ordered the week before Christmas...my mistake). I had it delivered to a local cemetery and the caretaker was kind enough to help us with setting the stone at a small family cemetery. I ordered two markers from Affordable Markers in one order and at first, they said that production was backed up and it will take 3 weeks longer than the normal length of time for delivery. Every time that I contacted Affordable Markers, they were very professional and the customer service was excellent! The manager rushed my markers and had them delivered to the cemetery at the normal length of time and they were not what I expected! I expected that the markers would look cheap since these markers were so affordable but the markers did not look cheap at all! They were beautiful and they looked like I paid thousands of dollars! I highly recommend Affordable Markers!! Losing my grandma was one of the darkest times in our lives as soon as we walked in the front door we felt the compassion from Allyicia. We were in search of an urn and marker, she showed us to the wall of samples urns, all the while explaining if we didn't find something on the wall they also have a larger selection on their web site. We selected a beautiful silver and pink urn with a rose etched into the front for my grandma. It may as well have had lights surrounding it with an arrow pointing to it saying PICK ME, because it was perfect. Allyicia made a quick phone call to the cemetery confirming the urn would fit into the burial plot. Once that was done we went on to describe the marker we would need. My grandma was being buried in a family plot so the marker needed to be custom ordered. Because we had another appointment to get to Allyicia asked us for the details and said she could design it and would send us what she came up with. Within an hour we received an email with a picture of what it would look like, she added a couple of roses to each side of the design after learning my grandma wanted pink roses surrounding her urn. Allyicia said she could change or make adjustments to anything we didn't like. We loved it but remembered we had forgot to add sister, so we messaged her back, she added it into the design within seconds. It really was that simple. The compassion, the professionalism, the quality, the selection and the prices were unbeatable. When we left we knew 100% we made the right decision.
