She put together a mock up of the headstone so that I had a general idea of what it would look like and so that I could share it with my family. I was very specific that cremains be mailed to one address and death certificates to another. Was confirmed at least 3 times by Kathy. Request for certificates took way too long to travel 50 miles to a neighboring County. When asked about the delay, Kathy followed up at first then we never heard back from her. Cremains took another few Friday's to arrive. It's been 6 weeks now and we still don't have the certificates in the right place because Kathy mailed the cremains and the certificates together and we had to turn around and re-mail the certificates to the right place. Pricing was good, but you get what you pay for in life and in death we learned.
