Place is small,old & unsanitary. Poor customer service and inattentive to client needs. I got a manicure but the guy only painted my nails then charged $40. I actually kinda felt bad they needed that money more than me, just look at the shop... My nails turned out okay but started chipping after 2 days! I only came here because I really needed my nails done before leaving town and this place was a last minute decision and the only place that could squeeze me in.... now I know

If you have a customer who tell you something isn't right fix it, i trusted this place. They use the same implements that they use on every customer, no sterilization just all contamination. Btw they attempted to cover up what they did but not fix it. Not one single person was willing to understand. If I was you, get into the nail industry and start shutting these people down out of our neighborhoods since they can't properly communicates with the communities they work in.

Paula did my nails wrong. She claim to have done nails for 30 years. What an insult, she rushed my nails she put acrylics on cat eye polish when you only need that gel polish alone, that's how I came in there. She was asking me about a fill...you don't fill cat eye you don't fill gel polish, you remove them Like regular polish and you paint it again... she rushed my nails because of a long-distance client come in they were snagging everywhere getting caught on my pajamas and blankets and my hair because she didn't file them correctly. They should change the carpet in there. Aesthetically that does not look good- filthy! Paula, 30 years really? They use cheap nail polish. They did not have sample tray of cat eye to choose from, she filed all up over my cuticle where I had to go purchase Band-Aid to wrap my fingers because they were sore when I showered and cleaned my hands. The location is dangerous. A homeless man approached me before she buzz me through her secured gate. It's a trashy area. Be careful. It's not worth it . I will never step foot in there again! read more

I should've known from walking in that they did not have quality service but I took the chance and got my nails done. Look at the pictures I'm so disappointed, their attitudes, not good. If you have a customer who tell you something isn't right fix it, i trusted this place. They use the same implements that they use on every customer, no sterilization just all contamination. I liked my nails , toes and eyebrows but was highly disappointed in the lack of up to date designs. I got gel polish and was told that designs don't go with gel polish, as a paying customer especially for the amount I paid I think having a design should be my choice regardless of what kind of polish I chose. I was told that most customers find a design online and the nail technician would mimic it but every design I showed she claimed she couldn't do it and the establishment looks very dirty on the inside. read more

This was my first time coming here and I got to say they were REALLY nice and the nails they make are beautiful!!!! Their pricing isn't bad either I got a long size acrylic nails and he charged me 45$... I don't know about you but for me isn't bad. I've had more expensive. Only bad thing is it's cash only. Paula did my eyebrows & I really like how she left them naturally thick but cleaned up the edges. I also got a mani & medi by another associate & she got me in & out. The only issue I have is the lack of neutral polish colors but I will be returning. read more

Great services and reasonable pricing! I see a few negative reviews here but I still gave it a try and it turned out great! Those "few" negative reviews are probably just all personal preferences. If you're extremely picky, it doesn't matter where you go, you will give them a hard time. Overall, I had a good experience here. I will come back here for another mani, pedi, and eyebrows in the near future! read more

I was able to text them and got a reply really quickly. When I walked in, there were already three customers getting their nails done, so they seemed confused as to why I was there. I was a little sad because in past reviews it said they offer you mimosas, champagne, or tea, and I wasn't asked for a drink. Not a deal breaker, but I had expectations from previous reviews. They offer tons of different services, but I opted for the Treat Yo Self mani pedi which is $53, $64 with tip. The salon itself is clean, and the decor is cute and minimal. They have pictures on the wall with cute quotes, and the chairs are wooden seats. They bring water basins to your seat if you're getting a pedicure which was very cute! Taylor did my feet, while Maile joined later to do my nails. The Treat Yo Self Mani comes with a homemade lemon scrub and massage. My feet were really dry, so I hoped they would get off all the dead skin. I love the shape of my nails, and they did spend a lot of time massaging and cleaning. However, I think that it wasn't worth the $53. I'd rather opt for the regular mani pedi for $40 instead. They have a $3 credit card/debit card charge, but they waived the fee for me since it was my first time! Overall a good experience, I'd be back for the basic services. They also have a stamp card, once you fill it up you can get a free manicure or half off gel nails.

The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

I wouldn't recommend if you're someone who cares about the shape of your nails! She did a sloppy job of painting them with regular polish and kept wanting me to do gel on my toe nails. I refused because I don't do gel polish on my toes, but if you can't paint with regular polish then are you even a good nail tech? If you want something quick and don't care about those things and okay with a regular $25 regular pedicure, then this is your place to go!

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!
