There is nothing I value more than my time. I set an appointment for a reason. Today was my third time setting an appointment, then being asked to wait. The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time. read more

My partner and I walked in on a Monday afternoon and were attended to pretty quickly. We came in for a manicure and pedicure. They have those massage chairs, which is a must for me. Surprisingly, some salons still don't offer them. I was really happy with the service and the attention to detail. My pedicure was damn near perfect, no polish on the skin, no cuts, and super smooth finishes. The total for two gel pedicures and one manicure was $131.20. Pedicures were $45 each and the manicure was $35. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd definitely visit again. I came to Panda to get a meal for my family and saw this spa it looked nice so I came back on Sunday today. First all it was twice as big as I thought. They are two shops merged spacious. It was refreshing no appointment they sat me right away Lisa gave me a pedicure and didn't try to upsale me too hard and Hellen was so kind with my manicure. Did an excellent job. Very nice care. The price is right. This may be my new Go too. Five stars all the way around. oh and upon leaving I think they may have parking it the back. read more

I called ahead, and even without an appointment, they told me I could walk right in. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted warmly at the door and taken straight to a chair where Lisa immediately got to work. Lisa was absolutely stupendous. She was incredibly meticulous, took her time, and didn't rush through a single step. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure my feet were truly taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about the quality of her work, and that kind of service is hard to find these days. This was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last. Patsy is so friendly and always remembers everyone's name and personal details which make for a wonderful neighborhood feel to coming here. I have given this nail salon multiple chances-second, third, even fourth. Mainly, because the owner or manager is nice and warm. Unfortunately, I continue to be disappointed. gasps! The nail polish selection IS and LOOKS low quality. They have so many DND nail polish and very few OPI nail polish. Even the OPI nail polish chips easily, even with a gel manicure. They also don't shape my nails the way I request, even when I show them pictures. I ask for round, yet I often end up with almond or almost coffin-shaped nails. While the owner is kind, the rest of the staff is not very welcoming. English is my second language and I don't mean to be rude. But on two occasions my requests were not completed as I asked, likely due to a language barrier. On two other visits, my nail technician was switched mid-manicure, and I was left waiting. They charge extra fees for using a credit card. The place is crowded so maybe it meets other others' standards, but they don't meet mine. My first experience with Patsy's Nails set the tone right away. I had an appointment with a specific nail tech, and when I arrived, she had clearly been overbooked. I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen. The nail tech kept apologizing, which honestly made me feel uncomfortable, because this was not her fault at all. This was a scheduling issue caused by management. On another visit, I showed up for my standing appointment that I pre-book every three weeks with the same nail tech. At first, I was told she was not working that day and that I must have been mistaken. Then the story changed and I was told she was out on an emergency. When I asked why I wasn't contacted, I was told they didn't have my phone number. I then pointed directly to my phone number written in their appointment book under my name. I was pressured into seeing another tech who was said to have a similar style. Unfortunately, she severely over-filed my nails, made them extremely thin, and caused noticeable damage. Overall, this salon has serious scheduling, communication, and management issues. I pre-book my appointments consistently and expect basic professionalism and honesty. I'm not sure what's going on but my last two visits left a terrible taste in my mouth. My first incident I took my daughter with me. I was just getting a pedicure, she was getting nails! The lady asks her (a 12 yr old) what she's getting Now I'm a cool mom but we know 12 yr olds will ask for a full set with gel and rhinestones on every finger and think it's all the same price so when I walked over I said she's getting a gel mani and French tip. The nail tech didn't even look up to acknowledge me, like she had an attitude I didn't let her run up a tab! I was so irritated but whatever. My last visit I was getting a pedicure but I was in a rush so I just got the basic pedicure no scrub, callous remover, massage etc. I think it's $25. I point to it and I could tell she wasn't happy but I'm in a rush I don't have time for all that today. So fast forward I'm working on something on my phone and I look up she's putting gel polish on my toes which I never get, just regular polish. I didn't say anything because she was almost done and I had to go. I go to pay and she says $45 I asked why the extra $20 and she said oh for gel polish! Girlllll don't pmo So yeah it's not about the money it's the principal...don't spend my money for me. Sad bc this is close to home but open to new salons read more

Patsy's is one of my favorite nail salons in Southern California. The staff is very kind and welcoming when you come in. They always remember me and if I haven't been in a while! The best pedicures! This is the second time I've been to this salon. The first time the nail tech filed my nail bed down to pink with a steel nail grinder and was so rough even though I told her it hurt. The owner had to show her how and what softer tool to use. The owner had to use me to train the techs on how to trim an ingrown nail properly because they cut me. Idk why I went back. Maybe because its right by my house. I got nail extensions this time and a pedicure with the tip costed $120. This was Thursday June 5th, my middle finger nail popped off on Sunday the 7th. I had to superglue it! Today June 10th my thumb nail popped off, literally after I just grabbed something. This is 5 days later. And I got an infection on my second toe from the pedicure. I have been pushing white disgusting puss out of it for two days. I want a full refund! Update! My forefinger nail popped off tonight!! read more

I have been coming to patsy nails for a few years now and I think it's time to change. When I first came I was very satisfied with the work, any tech would take their time to really get the job done right at a reasonable price. Also they were very hygienic using sterile tools and new files on each client. However my last few visits haven't been as enjoyable, I have noticed that the techs now work too quickly to complete a good job. They are too worried about seating all their customers rather than satisfying each client. I also noticed that they didn't use fresh tools on me or a fresh file like they used too. The guy doing my nails was taking his time until someone else asked if he could do there's so he started rushing and didn't do my nails as nicely. I've also noticed if you're not getting something too expensive they don't give you one of their "skilled" techs or take time to give you a good service in order to serve a higher paying client which I don't think is fair. I also got a simple design and go charged 105. It's only been a week and my nails are already lifting. My gel polish on my toes is also already chipping. Pricing has gone up recently while service and quality has gone down. Definitely will be looking for a new salon. read more
