I'm sitting in a parking lot waiting for my prescriptions and decided to review immediately because this office was just that great! I was a walk in client and still got in very quickly. They were up front with pricing so I knew exactly what the cost was to me before being called back. They were able to give me x-rays and a breathing treatment on the spot, and gave me treatment options without being pushy and without it seeming like they were getting money from a pharmaceutical company for selling certain brands. The doctor was willing to discuss my concerns about the prescriptions and never made me feel like I was annoying or out of line. He even printed coupons for my prescriptions when I asked about lowest cost pharmacies. I'm very happy with my experience here, and will likely return for primary care needs.

For example, often when I come to the doctor they take my blood for general tests and expect me to have been fasting. However, they don't tell me to fast in advance, so the test is useless. Then they expect me to make another appointment and come in again, wasting my money: I think not. Also my doctor refers me to specialists too often in my opinion, instead of handling it himself. But from what I've heard from others, these things are the norm at all doctor's offices.
