My first visit was with his PA, Cassidy Crawford, and she was fantastic. I saw Dr. Zane Cooke for the first time yesterday and was completely impressed. Dr. Cooke spoke with me about my lab results in a sincere, unhurried manner. We discussed my medical history, and he genuinely seemed to care. Dr. Cooke is a credit to his profession. I also want to mention his nurse (I feel bad that I do not recall her name). She was professional, nice, and efficient. So glad my daughter suggested him.

Their system constantly glitches and does not save the "pre registration" and I have to do it again at the office. This is not a simple registration. It is several screens and prompts. At the end of my pre -registration they bombard you with SALES ADS - trying to push medications - telling the patient to ask their doctor about the advertised medications to see if you could take them. That is extremely unprofessional. It is my doctor's job to be educated regarding the best protocol for the patient. I do not believe that we should be swayed by a pretty pharmaceutical ad to ask our doctors for medicine. I am considering changing doctors just because of this process. I feel they have sold out to big pharma.

He was super rude, acted like he didn't care and told me that I was out of options for my fibromyalgia pain. He even used the word perception as if my pain was not real. During consultation he hardly spent 5 minutes and left. I had questions but never received the answers because he suddenly left and his nurse was the one that came back and gave me the check out paperwork. I wouldn't recommend seeing this PA if you are someone who suffers from fibromyalgia. In fact i wouldn't recommend him at all. Also I had to give him one star but if I had the option I would make that a -10

This is a quick run for sports physical and the normal everyday needs like my cold or migraines. Because they have so many facilities around town I can get a quick visit last minute.
