Delicious Thai food! Great experience and friendly service. We went there on a Saturday night around 6pm and had no wait. Got seated at table for four and immediately was asked for drink orders. Food came pretty quickly and tasted fresh. We really enjoyed our dinner. The Thai chili they make in house is amazing.

This restaurant is very clean and the service was polite and fast. Even the restaurant was pleasant. Our meal was very tasty and there was no mistake on the flavor. I always add extra peanut sauce because I think it adds to the meal quite nicely. Spring rolls, drunken noodles, and spicy eggplant with chicken was our meal. I also ordered a Thai tea which was so refreshing. The meals were well balanced and had wonderful flavor. If you love Thai food I'd recommend stopping here for lunch on a beautiful day.

Love this place! Their pad thai is delicious, the yellow curry is such a big serving, and their thai fried rice never disappoints. I tried something new - tom khai gai soup - and it was so good! Definitely something to warm you up on a cold day.

Came in on a Tuesday around 6:20pm. This is a little cozy looking restaurant. Definitely looks family run. Our server was really nice and friendly. We ordered a cup of the tom ? ? (Coconut soup), fresh roll with shrimp and drunken noodles. There was a lot of to go traffic today. Tom kaw coconut soup was filled with fresh mushrooms and lots of chicken. The broth tasted nice and coconut/lemony (my first experience with this soup but it had great flavor) Fresh rolls with shrimp were stuffed with shrimp and the peanut sauce was delicious. The drunken noodle was also filled with chicken broccoli cabbage and carrots. Ordered it medium Thai spicy and it was delicious!! A great find tucked inside a shopping center. Would definitely like to return and try the papaya salad.

My partner and I ventured out into the pouring rain yesterday on the search for more delicious Thai food in my area. We arrived approx 15 minutes before the store opened but they were kind enough to let us in to retreat from the torrential downpour, to stay dry and warm. That kind of service goes above and beyond. The restaurant was small, clean, and smelled amazing, and definitely a 5/5. The server was quick and paid great attention to detail and our requests 5/5 for service. The potstickers was delicious, filled with chicken and fresh green onions, which I really really enjoyed 5/5. My partner ordered Drunken noodles with fried tofu. The dish itself tastes good, the tofu cooked almost perfect, and the extra cabbage and no egg request was met, and the build up of spice level was good. The noodles were overcooked and kept falling apart when trying to fork it, and that was a bit of a let down. Drunken noodles get a 4.2 out of 5 because the noodles were overcooked. The Pad See Ew was good, but adding a dash of soy sauce was needed to really bring all of the flavors together. It had a bunch of veggies, cooked to al dente perfection, but the noodles were also overcooked and fell apart while trying to get the fork to my mouth, I give the this dish a 4.2 out of 5. Overall, I rate this restaurant a 4.6 out of 5 for all reasons mentioned above.

Great service and the food was flavorful and delicious. Our favorite dishes were the Tamarind Wings & the Daily Special Braised Beef w/Pepper which was served on a sizzling skillet and was delightfully tender. Will definitely visit again and am hoping to leave room next time for the fried banana and ice cream dessert.

I STILL highly recommend this place! TEN years later, and Palm Thai Bistro is still my top restaurant for Thai food. Restaurant is clean. Service is good. Food is EXCEPTIONAL - authentic and flavorful. I have many favorites - Crab Fried Rice, Crispy Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, Tamarind Wings, Larb Salad, Pumpkin Curry, Grilled Pork, Grilled Chicken, Satay Spicy Catfish, mango sticky rice, and all the noodle dishes. You can order online for easy pickup or delivery. Definitely an excellent go-to!

Stopped in for a To-Go order. Small restaurant located next to a sushi restaurant and anytime fitness. The place is very clean with table seating along the walls. Was greeted immediately and told them I was ordering To-go. Gave me a few minutes to look over the menu. Settled on the Pad See Ew w beef (+ $2.00). Was told a 10 minute wait, but it was much quicker. The plate was tasty...almost like Chinese chow fun w plenty of beef.

We have been coming to Palm Thai for years and hate to leave this review, but Tonight we ordered the Tom Kah soup LARGE for $15, this is what they now are offering. A soup that is smaller than a can of Pepsi and about 1/2 the size of a iPhone. I even questioned the server and said we ordered a LARGE and she confirmed this was correct. Unbelievable can't believe we just paid $15 for this soup what happened here????!!! So sad!

This is definitely a Go-To! It's now established and well known, so you're not gambling on taste or cleanliness. We recently ordered a giant take out order for some new friends. They loved it and probably will be back! Our favorites are Basil sliced chicken, Thai chili chicken, drunken noodles, pumpkin curry and satay. This time we had the potstickers and they were awesome- the dough was crispy yet chewy. You can choose how spicy you want your dishes. The restaurant isn't big, but not over crowded. We usually get take out. The staff is always kind. Check it out!

The inside of the restaurant looks nice and people seem to be enjoying their meals, so I was excited to get my food. As I was walking out to my car with it, I realized it was leaking on the ground. I lifted it up and as you can see in the photo the bag was full of liquid. I'm really not even sure where all of the liquid came from. I assume it was excess liquid that cooked out of the frozen vegetables. When I got to my car and opened the bag to try to deal with the mess , the smell of the food was bad. I was hungry, so I tried eating it but it was bland and had a slimy texture so I ate the top of the steamed rice ( that had no liquid on it) and threw the rest away. I don't know if I just caught them on a bad day, but I would not return and I definitely recommend dining in if you are going to eat at this establishment.

The alligator meat was soft and not chewy or dry and "tastes like chicken." You literally cannot tell the difference by look and taste. Texturally, the meat has a slightly more chew to it than chicken, but other than that 99%+ people would not know the difference. Other dishes we had were: Pad See You (beef), Mango Curry, Tom Kha Soup, Eggplant S'il Vous Plait and Papaya Salad. Everything was delicious! Service: Great! The place serves authentic Thai dishes and it is best to share family style if you come with several people so that you can experience more dishes. Started with a Sake "Mohito". It was very good. Mild flavor and not crazy strong. I nursed it throughout my entire meal. The Fresh Spring Rolls were as the name advertised. Vegetarian with tofu inside. Interesting thing is that it was served with two sauces, but the traditional peanut sauce but also a Thai Sweet Chili sauce. I decided to combine both sauces onto my Spring Rolls. Surprisingly, the two sauces complemented each other pretty well. The Yellow Curry was smooth and thick (not watery like some places). Rich is flavor. I can probably just eat some plain rice with just the curry sauce and I would be happy. It's that good. The Crispy Chicken with Ginger Rice was a crowd favorite as well. The chicken itself was solid but pretty standard. The ginger rice added a unique flavor to the dish. I've never had ginger rice at a restaurant before. We also had a stir fry dish that was composed of asparagus and a protein of your choice. We chose chicken. It was also solid but not as unique as the other two entrees we had. Unfortunately the entrees were subpar. There was just no flavor to the dishes I had to ask for sauces and chili oil to try to make it taste better. The fried chicken was very crispy but again there was no seasoning it just tasted like oil. After eating we waited about 20 minutes for our check. The other wait staff would go to their table and directly leave. No one checked on us after we asked for sauces for the food. I had to get up and go inside to ask for to go containers and had to wait even longer for the check although I asked for both at the same time. I also had to ask repeatedly for the Togo order and was left waiting on that then waited even longer with the waitress never coming back for the check. I had to end up walking inside and paying with a random person at the counter. This totaled over a 40 minute wait with my family eventually leaving with the kids and me waiting to box our food and pay because it was taking so long which is unacceptable. Unfortunately with the overall flavor issues and the lack of customer service I won't be back.

The shrimp in the curry were so plump and clean, the vegetables were fresh, crisp, and tender, and the seasoning/heat level was absolutely perfect. Combined with the fluffy white rice cooked perfectly every single time, the whole meal just feels comforting in a way that's hard to describe. The fresh spring rolls were exactly what my stomach needed, and the peanut sauce is so good I can never get enough of it--she had to bring me extra again Also, everything photographed exactly the way it looked in real life, which says a lot about the quality and care they put into their food. One thing I've always appreciated about this place is that they truly prioritize the guests already dining in while still handling incoming orders and new customers. You can tell they genuinely care about people having a good experience and treat many of their regulars like family. Lisa especially is amazing. She remembers small details about her regular customers, greets people by name, and makes everyone feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Funny enough, while I was literally drafting this review, Ken (Lisa's husband) walked out carrying a dish he had just cooked. He looked genuinely happy and excited to serve it, and you could immediately tell how much pride he takes in his food. He greeted the guests in front of me with a smile and that old-school respectful "sir" hospitality that honestly feels rare nowadays. It's refreshing to see genuinely good people who truly enjoy what they do and care about what they're offering others. Today I almost grabbed drive-thru instead because I left the house in pajamas, but not for one second did I feel out of place here. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and at home. It gave me the perfect space to quietly enjoy a meal alone without feeling awkward or out of place. Honestly, if you're new to dining alone, this would be such a good place to start. You'll be given enough space to enjoy your meal peacefully while still feeling cared for and welcomed by Lisa, Ken, and their team.
