I drove 90 minutes to get here and it was well worth the trip to buy two large fruit trees and a raspberry bush. I visited many other nurseries in the area and this is my favorite. Wide assortment of Dave Wilson fruit trees that are very large and need to be planted in the ground. Plus, many options for non-fruiting landscape plants. Jake is the owner and provides good insight regarding caring for the plants with pruning, fertilizing etc. My trees were well-wrapped in my car and they made it home without losing any fruit!

Her husband and her have a farm and me and mine occasionally join them since we live down the street from the nursery. The staff there are so so friendly and knowledgeable. We want to plant fruit trees and start a veggie garden, eventually. Between the staff and my best friends I feel very comfortable learning how to have a green thumb. As far as price goes, since this is my first time there and not really buying plants aside from the seasonal flower to indoor plants I'm not too familiar with it being good value. But I do believe they are as my best friends always come back and the constantly have fliers for sales. They also give notice to upcoming community events. Our last visit we realized that they also sell beef cuts, tallow, jams and honey. We decided to purchase the honey and we just tried it with tea and by itself, and we will be repurchasing! We're excited to get our beef there too. But amazing place, heavily believe in supporting local nurseries it's worth it.

I thought I would shop local because I figured they would need the business but I felt like I got…read morethe business. The parts I needed were basic carb rebuild parts for a McLane Briggs & Stratton 3 HP 4 Cycle edger (Model 80202 with a rewind starter) Fuel Tank Gasket-272409S, Intake Gasket-27355S, Fuel Diaphram-270026, and Idle mix washer(copper)270978. Some of the parts they had and the Intake gasket & Washer they did not have. It took at least 15 minutes ( I could have shelved their whole inventory by that time). They charged $10.00 freight charge for 1 gasket and 1 washer probably from Briggs & Stratton in Bell Gardens, CA (5 hour drive). Also they charged me $0.95 for using my credit card. NO signs, NO info from clerk. It was only on the credit card machine receipt. This is shady as it is required by the state to have some kind of notice or sign, beyond it being on the already paid receipt. They have plenty of signs about all their other charges ($95/HR labor charge & $15 Restocking fee). You are better off getting the part numbers, and ordering from Briggs & Stratton, on your own, or buying from Amazon. (You can see how long it took to get the washer from the notes on the receipt). I originally had them looking for a Throttle cable but by the time I got home, I realized they were incapable so I found it on my own, ordered it, and rec'd it before both of the parts, they ordered, had arrived at their the shop. When the Intake gasket came in, they didn't call me, I had to call them. When I went in, I found out the washer had not come in. Then I get the "Supplier had a back order" story. So it took 2 weeks to get the washer. I have 2 years in Business Admin (including law & accounting), and worked as a purchasing agent for California Mustang (City of Industry, CA) in the late 80's, and this is how you run a FAILING business. I know this guy recently purchased the shop, but his experience of repairing small engines is about where it stops. I am just glad I did not leave my edger there.

I had a slow leak coming from my water valve in which I was losing a lot of water. I researched…read moreplaces that could fix the issue and came across this business. I called and spoke with Randeep, who scheduled me within 2 days with an irrigation specialist. I had an appointment this past Wednesday for Danny to come by and take a look at the leak. Not only did Danny fix the leak, he replaced the valve completely with newer, more up to date parts as my home is 20+ years old. After addressing the original issue, he noticed that two of my sprinklers were not functioning and replaced them, even without me asking! Wow! He then recommended that I replace my sprinkler timer as well, since it was also an older/outdated model. I purchased a new timer, in which he took the time to walk me through step by step to make sure I understood how to use the timer and make necessary adjustments and also made sure to go through the schedule not once, but twice to ensure I was satisfied with the watering schedule and overall water flow. During the walkthrough, I noticed there was a huge leak coming from a drip line in my backyard that caused a puddle in my lawn. He explained that the leak in the drip line may have been caused my running it over with a lawnmower or by me accidentally hitting the line with a weed wacker. I asked Danny how much it would cost for him to fix the leak, and he said, "This is such an easy fix, I'm almost positive you can fix it on your own." He then recommended the parts I needed to fix the leak, and sure enough, I was able to fix it on my own! He made sure to keep in contact with me while I went to Home Depot to make sure I bought the right parts. Danny went above and beyond and provided exceptional service! He was patient, honest, kind, and very knowledgeable, which is a true reflection of the company. Nowadays, it's hard to find a trustworthy company that won't take advantage of you! Thanks again to Randeep and Danny for making this a great experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this place for any of your landscaping needs!
