I called my insurance and just picked this place off a list and talk about faith! I hadn't had any dental work done in almost 10 years and these ladies took great care of me. I had a crown and two cavities to fill! They let me do all of it at once instead of coming in two-three times. They understood I was a single mom and helped me break up my payments and billed my insurance for me. They're open on Saturdays, too, so my kids didn't have to miss school or anything. I can't say enough about Dr. Le though. After she drilled down my tooth for my temporary cap, she took a picture of it so I could see it! Haha. I bet your dentist won't take a picture of your mouth for you! Over the years I'd take my kids for check ups, but never found a place that I'd like to stay with. After a week of me posting last review I received a call to finish the work for my partials. I did have to start over, but at least I'm getting my new partials. These new people are awesome. This Whole Staff is AMAZING!!!! One of the best dentist office I have had the pleasure to visit. Natasha works the front desk she is absolutely a GEM. She is so friendly and nice to talk to but professional as well. She handles the front office and insurance needs. She explains everything in detail. Ruth in the back was so nurturing. She was so compassionate with my Daughters needs. She is another GEM that the good dentist had discovered. Jesuse was super nice and friendly. We did not get the pleasure of working with him directly this time but he was very pleasant in passing. Dr. Ho Viet is amazing!!! He does not try to get more from the customer he try's to give more to the patient. He tells you like it is and is super nice. He gives you a much needed calm feeling when visiting the dentist. I'm Terrified of the dentist normally, but Dr. Viet calms your nerves and to be honest it's a lot like visiting a good friend and getting your teeth looked at. All in all if I could rate this office with more than 5 stars I would. read more

This review is based on 2 separate visits, with two different doctors. I came in with a tooth ache and was scared I would need a root canal. I was scared in general, I mean who likes the dentist ?! I do now :) First visit, first doctor: Dr Barnes informed me that I didn't need a root canal and my tooth can be fixed with something called an onlay. Dr Barnes was very thorough with the exam, she was very sweet and gentle. I felt no pain during or after the treatment. Lupe, the treatment coordinator was also so kind, she helped me with financial part, I was able to pay half at the time and other at delivery date. The assistants were so nice too!! Second visit, second Doctor: Dr Le was in this time, she delivered my onlay, and also did my cleaning. She was so nice and took her time, I didn't feel rushed and I was very happy with my overall look of the final tooth! This office is so awesome! Great doctors and great staff. Going to the dentist is still scary, but im glad I was in great hands. They really care about you and they are willing to work with you on financial payments !! read more

Great experience for my first visit. No one likes going to the dentist which means me too. I was made at ease by the front desk person and the assistants were very helpful in explaining step by step which made me feel comfortable in a normally uncomfortable situation. They lack communication with the patient. Had two appointments that were cancelled and I had no phone call or notice of it. Got to both appointments to be told sorry there was this problem and there was that problem and they rescheduled for a week after or the next day. That's BS if the next appointment I make gets canceled with out my knowledge. I will be going to a different dentist. All I want is for my teeth to get worked on not to have to keep rescheduling. Best believe if I go to a different dentist the better business bureau will be hearing from me. It is horrible service and I don't think I would be satified if they get away with it. read more

Horrible horrible place to go.. DO NOT waste your time.. they said that they accepted my insurance based on the fact that it was a dental emergency and I was in major pain.. I got to my appointment and was seen by the very cold and bitchy dr Barnes. Not immediately though, first the tech took at least 10 X-ray pictures putting me in even more pain but I'm thinking I'll be without pain shortly so I literally bit down and pushed through. Dr Barnes comes strolling in shortly after like she's the baddest bitxh in town.. smh, not even a smile when I tried to make a joke about my teeth. She really hates her job or something.. she just had a real bug up her butt. Anyway I'll give her points for explaining what was wrong and why I was in so much pain. She explained that I needed a root canal immediately and in as much pain as I was, I was ready to do it. She left the room saying that she would get prepped but one of her assistants would come and explain post op instructions. So this "assistant" walks in the and sits down next to my chair and pulls out paperwork.. stating the cost of this root canal will be a total of 1268 dollars and needed to be paid up front today. I told them I didn't have that kind of money on me at the moment and as far as I was concerned I was told my insurance would cover the cost. They said I was "poorly" informed and then asked if I could pay 588 today and the rest off within the next 7 days. Um NO! I have something called bills and it's the beginning of the month so I can't just cough up 588 no matter how much pain I'm in. She then handed me prescriptions for amoxicillin, Tylenol III and ibuprofen 800. She said this will temporarily fix the pain until I can pay for the procedure. I began to cry out of frustration and anger that not only did I waste my time, I'm now leaving in more pain than I walked in with because of the way the dumbass tech kept screwing up the X-rays. I came to this place to find comfort and for help with excruciating pain that was messing up my daily routines in life. However they dismissed me right away as soon as they found out I didn't have the money that I was told I didn't need to have. Dr Barnes didn't even come back to see me, I would've liked an explanation or an apology. Not to mention I had to uber to this location which costed an arm and a leg round trip. Before leaving, I asked the assistant what would happen if I ran out of the pain medications before I had the money to pay, she said to call in that case and that they would help with other solutions. Fast forward to today- 3 weeks later and I did my best sparingly using the medication (16 qty) only when it was absolutely unbearable. I called the office today and they literally said "if your out, your out.. when you have the money we will be more than happy to see you" I told her they were awful people and hung up. Please take my review into consideration and DO NOT give this place ESPECIALLY dr Barnes any of your time.. they don't care about the well being of their patients, unless you have the money to buy their attention I suggest you go elsewhere! read more

My tooth broke and I needed to see someone on a Saturday. I found them through Zocdoc and they fit me in. I hate going to the dentist and put it off as long as possible, but this was an emergency and I am so happy that I found them! Doctor Chris was so nice and reassured me that he didn't think I needed a root canal and he was right. He explained everything to me and was very gentle and told me what to expect with each procedure. Everyone in the office was nice and they helped me apply to Care Credit right there! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my Ex. My experience was so bad trying to make an appointment that I never went to the office. Their manager read my review and asked for me to call her. I did. No return calls. If you believe in the consumer to report as is, trust me, stay away. read more

If I could I would give negative stars. We made a appointment two weeks ago and gave all our information, and asked if we could get a call back to verify that our insurance would cover the exam. We got a voice mail last night very late saying that they had none of our information in the system so we called in the morning to tell them AGAIN. When we arrived to our appointment the lady said that because we were so "late" in giving them the information needed to verify the insurance they had not verified it yet. We sat and proceeded to fill out paper work while noticing that the tech was BARLEY checking the insurance. She was very rude blaming us for "not calling earlier." At the end we were not seen . The staff here is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. read more

Definitely won't be afraid to go to the dentist again! After putting off going in to see the dentist I decided to try out Palm Dental because 1. it was close to home. 2. The reviews were positive I am so glad I made the appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist. I was seen by doctor Barnes who was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable even after I told her of my fear if being at the dentist.
