Do not trust this office with your restorative dental work. I received a permanent crown on tooth #18 from Dr. Arthur Abdoulin at the Radiant Smiles V location on Lake Mead. It has failed completely, debonding four separate times due to native preparation and fabrication defects that their own staff documented in my permanent medical chart. If you choose to go here, be sure to request your clinical notes, because their own providers admitted to the failure in writing: March 1, 2026: Dr. Petrie explicitly noted in my chart that the crown was fabricated "short" (lacking proper clinical retention walls). May 8, 2026: Dr. Arthur Abdoulin officially documented an "Open Margin Mesial." An open margin means the crown was never properly sealed to the tooth, leaving a massive structural gap that invites bacterial ingress and root rot. Despite these explicit, written clinical admissions by their own dentists, Claudia (the Office Manager) has flatly refused to correct their defective work unless I pay hundreds of dollars more out-of-pocket. They even charged me an extra $99 just to temporarily glue down a crown they knew was defectively fabricated. They are fully aware they committed a standard-of-care violation, yet the leadership at this branch chooses corporate metrics over patient safety. I have already initiated formal Quality of Care grievances with my insurance, a dispute with the BBB, and an official complaint with the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners against Dr. Arthur Abdoulin's license. After I was cut off by the front desk for the third time, and then put on hold for an additional 10 minutes I finally hung up. Yesterday I had an emergency appointment with Dr VIVI. An emergency appointment that I never got taken to the back for. I had called and given an explanation of what I thought was going on with my teeth and jaw. I believed that I had bone spurs and that I could have an infection. I am still in an extreme amount of pain. The front office decided to give me a piece of paper to ge a hold of the oral surgeon. Mind you I WAS NEVER EXAMINE. No x-rays, no visual examination, nothin because Dr VIVI denied seeing me. AFTER I MADE AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF THE PAIN. I had to get a hold of the insurance and the oral surgeon. I can't be seen until a week from now. I called back to RADIANT SMILES 2 and aside from cutting me off and putting me on hold repeatedly. I was then told that I could go wherever I was comfortable. My GP office or whereve. I expl that my GP clearly stated that I had a dental issue and instead of scheduling me for an exam I was told that they couldn't help m. RADIANT SMILES IS A WASTE OF TIME. Absolutely the worst. Only care about up selling you on everything and things you don't need. Had my son in there they recommended 7 cavities be filled. 7! Went to a different dentist. Absolutely nothing wrong and no cavities. I went in for a crown and a cleaning. They said I needed a deep clean for 800 dollars. I said no. They said well then sorry we can't help you with that. So no regular cleaning unless I get the deep clean. I need more work and will go thru the pain of getting a new dentist and getting all new xrays just to not have to go back. read more

Wow! What a great experience I had today, I got 2 teeth filled by Dr. Chau and her lovely staff! I am usually very nervous and have sensitive teeth but Dr Chau numbed me before the needle which made for a painless and relaxing experience. I am real pleased with everyone here. I didn't get all their names but Jade is doing a wonderful job as well as Dr. Chau on my son! And he is also very pleased with all of the explanations to all our questions and the great demonstrations on how to further care for his teeth. Went here today. The Mexican lady receptionist upfront were incredibly rude to me, just because of that I will be taking my services elsewhere. Also want to mention, dental assistant did my X-rays don't know his name, chubby Asian looked young. He needs more training. I left with mouth pain because he messed up on my X-rays 40+ times. Instead of focusing on providing quality care, they seemed more interested in pushing unnecessary services. When I asked for a regular cleaning, I was met with resistance and told I needed more work done (didn't want to do a regular clean ) It felt like they were trying to upsell me rather than address my actual needs. My son got a crown less than a year ago and it cracked. Crowns should last at least 5 years. Now they want to replace it and charge $1000 plus $400 for cleaning. They tried to sell him their insurance at $90/month, which would only cover $300 of the crown. His appointment today was for cleaning, but all they did was x-rays. They wanted to charge $40 for a fluoride rinse, told them no, can buy over the counter for $5. Careful of them doing shoddy work and trying to upsell. I believe his crown cracked because of the cheap material they used and lack of experience. When he first got it, it irritated him so when we went back they ground it down to almost paper thin. This is the worst dental office. If you check in first and don't have great dental insurance or a ton of money to spend, they allow other people who came after you to go before you it's wrong ! I brought this to their attention, and they told me its based on who gets what done for anyone to go before other people. yaaaa, okay! I knew she was lying! The lady before me was paying cash. She went first, and the lady with great insurance went after then me ! I was first I was sighed in first with my first appointment. I should have gone back first end of story ! Again, it made me feel like my state health insurance was a reason I was being brushed off quickly, like me being there was bothering them ! The lady made me a follow-up appointment, gave me scripts, and sent me on my way ! I came in today for the extraction, and the same bullshit happened in and out quickly! Never staying afterward to explain instructions didn't provide me with any antibacterial mouth wash, which I was always given after an extraction . My husband is 83 years old. We went to this dental office through an add. The dentist told me "we can save his teeth. " I responded, great. She put 4 crowns on the teeth that was not strong. The root were old and weak. They charged me $5000.00 One after one got infected and put my husband in a very difficult position. The crowns was only to charge and take money. I had the most horrible experience with this practice. 1st they "found" more caries than teeth in my sons mouth. Than when they supposedly fixed it my son started complaining of severe pain in his jaw and head. I took him to another Dentist who opened the tooth and found decay underneath the filling. The Doctor at Radiant Smiles II was working on 4 patients at the same time when supposedly fixing my sons teeth than the machine broke the light cover fell and the dental assistant showed the aspirator down my childs throat. I have been attending this office for years, almost a decade. The staff recently changed and I have found them to be rude on numerous occasions. I additionally had an exam completed by one of the new doctors who advised me I had a cavity that needed to be filled. I was confused because they clean my teeth every three months and I haven't had a cavity since keeping that schedule. Waited and had an exam completed at the same office by a different doctor, he tells me my teeth are perfect and no problems. It is sad to say but the service, particularly the front desk service, is amateur at best. I've finally reached the point that it has to be done. Surprisingly it was cheaper last time to pay cash than using my useless dental insurance. But when we talked price this time, I was told that a great deal was now covered by certain dental insurances. Be sure to ask... as I saved over 50% just by enrolling! The office staff, as well as the dentists and technicians, are so friendly and considerate. The last thing they want is for you to be in pain. They not only remind you of your appointments, but they also call the day after your work to check to make sure you are okay. I lost one of my temp crowns on Friday night and they had me back in on Saturday afternoon to replace it at no extra charge. If you want a caring, competent, and considerate dentist, you can't go wrong going to this office. They are the best in my opinion. Of course, with so many satellite offices and all the dentist rotate at most of them, I'm sure you will find one to make you happy. I'm very happy even though I still have a ways to go. read more

So My tooth broke and I panicked as it was a Friday and I didn't want to go the whole weekend in pain. I tried calling my normal dentist and they weren't picking up because they were closed after 12 now on Fridays (thanks Covid) so i checked my plan and found this dentist. I called and the front desk girl was amazing and sweet and got me right in. They had the door opened which I liked for air circulation. Once I got in the chair that is a whole other story. The first dental assistant, a young brunette tried to take a digital X-ray with a big metal piece attached to the bite wing, and because I have a small mouth, xrays are hard, but this was nearly impossible. She tried twice and changed it to a plastic holder which had a rough sharp part that hurt my tongue, it felt like it was cutting me (side note her fingers tasted like cleaner, eew) She asked for help and second dental assistant tried who also gave up and walked away hollering "we need a warrior!" and up shows a THIRD dental assistant. At this point i had tears in my eyes because it hurt so bad. The next assistant was a blonde with a Eastern European accent, she actually got it to work without hurting me. But at that point the damage was done. I would also like to note she was wearing her mask wrong the whole time with her nose sticking out! Then they take pictures of my teeth with a small camera and I look over at the screen and my mouth was now full of blood and my lip was split from getting manhandled for the xrays. Then the dentist stepped in looking at my xrays and starts reading off "cavity, crown, root canal, cavity" on almost every tooth in my mouth. I said that is strange because I just went to my dentist for a check up in July and they said there was only ONE tooth to look watch, and possibly crown because it was a break risk. They said "oh man where did you go???" So at this point I'm crying again. Then the dentist FINALLY looks at the broken tooth and says "root canal and crown" and walked away and I said "are you going to do anything for my broken tooth?" And she yelled something across the place as she was walking away which the assistant replied back antibiotics, IB 800 and prescription toothpaste and wash. I was dumbfounded, no temp filling or anything. Just left me sitting there in pain with a hole in my mouth. Then the billing manager calls me back and says I have 20,000 dollars of work to do to my mouth and they need to do it in quadrants. I said well I really just need that broken tooth fixed and she kept pushing saying "it's a domino effect if you fix this one you need to fix the one next to it" Yada yada. I said I'm sorry but this is all a little hard to believe that my mouth erupted in cavities in just 3 months. She then pulled up my xrays and said "I've been doing this for x amount of years and I can read xrays now, even though I am not a doctor, I can read x-rays and your mouth is full of cavities" as she pointed out one spot. At this point I said ok, this is all just a little much so she brought out the care credit application....and then she tried to schedule me, she said I would need a 3 hour block for my first treatment and when she schedules that large amount of time she requires a deposit of 20 percent of my out of pocket which at this point for one quadrant was nearly 600 dollars. At this point red flags all over the place, I said in my 38 years of life I NEVER had to put down a DEPOSIT! She said if you don't show up and I booked that large amount of time we lose out. So in these days of Covid, and heaven forbid I wake up not feeling well, what would happen to my 600 dollars? Would i lose it for moving my appt. During this time her delivery would vascilate between aggressive bitchy and fake caring. No thanks, this is a racket if you ask me. So unethical, preying on people in pain and vulnerable. Steer clear of this place. I walked out of there with a shredded mouth, still a open hole in my tooth, $50 copay less in my wallet and hopefully NOT Covid from the dental assistant who didn't know how to wear a mask. No Shields.....nothing. Totally unacceptable. BEWARE! read more

The office manager at this location is cold and calculated. She added $1000 to my balance when she sent it to collections. My son was murdered and I needed more time to pay my bill. I understand she had to do her job but why stick it to me by adding $1,000 to my balance. I paid the correct balance off and returned only to get a botched root canal that I'm still in pain for. If you're looking to pay more for unsatisfactory work with no accountability, this is the dentist for you!!!!! I returned to the dentist about the pain I was still experiencing almost a year later. She proceeded to probe underneath my gums feeling for a fractured tooth with no numbing of any kind. Excruciating!
