The office is beautiful and very upscale. While sometimes cosmetic dental offices can feel intimidating, that was not the case here at all. Every staff member was welcoming, and the patient coordinator was absolutely amazing. After my X-rays, I explained to the doctor what I was hoping to do, and he was extremely supportive of my plan. Many people with significant dental issues feel insecure about their smile, and just talking about next steps can be emotional. I never once felt judged or uncomfortable discussing my situation or my decision to move forward with full dentures. The dentist made me feel completely at ease and respected throughout the entire visit. I would give this office a 10/10 recommendation. I also want to mention that, because it is a cosmetic dental office, I expected it to be extremely expensive--but it was actually more affordable than a regular dental office. The professional, kind, and truly caring staff--including Dr. Matt, Tracey, and the hygienist--are gone, and the quality has suffered dramatically as a result. I recently went in for a routine cleaning. During the procedure, I was told I had to wear the black plastic protective glasses, or I wasn't welcome there and should leave. When I explained to Dr. Timothy Luong that I'm severely claustrophobic and have a history of panic attacks from previous life-threatening surgeries, he showed zero empathy. He didn't listen to my concerns at all--he simply insisted on the glasses and, when I couldn't comply due to my medical condition, asked me to leave immediately. This complete lack of compassion and accommodation for a legitimate health issue was shocking and unacceptable. No effort was made to discuss alternatives or understand my situation. I felt dismissed and disrespected as a patient. I will never step foot in Ascend Dental again and strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this practice. We were met at the airport by a wonderful driver who took us to our first appointment in a beautiful black Rolls Royce. Yep. I had my first appointment within a couple hours of landing in Vegas. Now I must say I have amazing ingredients family in the area that stayed with us getting my wife and I back and for to appointments. 12-23-25. I get to the office at 8am and am prepared for surgery. 20 teeth removed an12 implants installed 6 up 6 down. Im back at the hotel the paid for us to stay in The Aherns. Im kind of out of it by now . Around I believe 4 pm I am visited b 2 wonderful on call nurses at the hotel who check everything to see im comfortable. I get visited around 7 I believe again by the nurses and the Dr. who did my surgery. Who does that? I don't remember much after that till morning. 12-24-25 I wake up to my medicine and get ready for installation of new choppers. Back to the office at 8 am. New teeth installed and out the door at 10ish am. We flew home Christmas morning. So it's 12-30-25 iat home without pain, minor bruises and swelling. I'll be on a soft diet for a few months to allow for the implants to heal and bond. I can't believe the care and compassion of everyone involved in the process. Went back to the hotel and recuperated overnight. The next morning I returned and the put in my new teeth! What an amazing difference! Returned after 4 months for a bite adjustment and they ended up making a new upper denture at no additional cost to me! They even paid for my air flight and hotel for both trips.
