When I noticed most of chairs were taken by members waiting to be called, I got out of line and left to avoid the bottleneck. I also did not want to spend a beautiful morning in line with the sun glaring in my face from the front window, listening to grumbling members. Terrible. As I left the office, there were members still coming in. This is a small office compared to many that I have visited over the years. Perhaps it's time to open a new branch in between the only 2 branches in Coachella to accommodate the surplus of members in this area. We don't pay for membership to wait in line all morning. We can do that for free at the DMV. This seemingly never-ending queue is not fair to AAA employees either, having to deal with tired and grumpy members who did not anticipate a long line for assistance. Member 42 years. When I explained the reason for the refi (to purchase the new home) he gave me some excellent advice to look into renting my current home vice selling it. We took that advice, found a good property manager and with Todd's help our cash flow is now much improved and our total equity has increased. Todd also arranged for a total insurance umbrella to cover my cars (2), a collectable auto, an RV and a trailer, plus the two houses. We got all the coverage adjusted for now being a landlord and I now have better coverage and Todd saved me hundreds of dollars. Home loans today are a huge pain in the ___. The new rules (which is better than meltdowns)require a lot of work on the part of the loan purchaser. Todd takes the sting out of this hassle by understanding the business and working with the lenders and insurance sellers to calmly and methodically let you know what you need to give HIM, and then he will work with the sellers. The absolute worst customer service experience ever! we've…read morehad State Farm for over 30 years with zero claims, zero tickets...nothing. our premium went up over $300 from our last premium do to an error from an independent research company who claimed my husbands license was suspended. After finding out it was a mistake we informed State Farm (this office) of their error and no one ever got back to us on why the premium was still so high! Several visits to the office and several phone calls...crickets! We refuse to keep asking so we have now informed them we're canceling our insurance as of Wednesday. When I informed them I was told thank you well let them know. Really???? After 30+ years that's it? once again...horrible horrible customer service! Go elsewhere!!
