Liars and deceitful best describes my refi experiance. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. A written commitment means nothing to these people. I presented a loan offer from a competitive company and Kristen agreed in an email to match it. Four months of round and round and they refused to meet a written agreement. It took 4 months to complete a simple refi that should have taken a month. She is running an a school for students as far as I could tell. RUN DON'T WALK!!!! read more

They can't close loans when they say they can and they are extremely hard to get a hold of. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. No phone calls, no response until I start screaming and yelling to finally get a response and get a hold of the person in charge of this office. They can't close loans. Instead of just being honest they keep trying to close when they can't. Complete lack of trust and faith. I spent thousands of dollars only to switch my loan around 3 times, change the interest rate, change the down payment amount, change the loan amount. Go from conventional to private investor. Not because of us as borrowers but because of a condo that was unwarranted (no lender will lend on this) which they didn't know about until a few days before closing. Cost me money, time and missing out on some other properties. No apology, no phone call, no reimbursement. Nothing. Is that someone you want to do business with? read more

Sellers beware! A preapproval from this company means nothing. I accepted an offer from a buyer based on their website saying they close on time. After asking for 2 extensions deal still fell through costing me time and money. After preapproving the buyers kept telling them not to remove the loan contingency. Clearly even they did not believe the could do the job they advertise. Totally disgusted with their lack of professionalism.Trying to send a loan through that they knew Fannie Mae would reject if QC checked it is a very unethical way to do business. read more
