We chatted about the lovely PT area, recently painted a bright white, and light wood flooring. Amber went through the insurance questions and scheduling process. My therapist was Chris. He was pleasant as he asked about what caused me to come to PT and I explained my condition. He read through the information I brought with me indicating the results of a recent MRI. He took measurements as a baseline, and then we went over exercises I should begin. Chris also stretched out my shoulders after the exercises. All in all, the entire staff is courteous, kind and patient. I felt comfortable with the knowledge, expertise with exercise recommendations and overall kind care.

However... before you see the therapist they have you sit alone for a majority of your appointment with therapy activities to do alone and no one tells you how to do them and no one watches you to see if you're doing it correctly and they bill your insurance for it saying someone was with you when you did the exercises. They don't clean / sanitize the items between patients so I question their cleanliness. Wash your hands after your appointment to be on the safe side or use sanitizer. Some of the staff talk really loud having conversations across the room with each other rather than going over to each other to speak. The younger employee at the front desk accidentally charged my credit card 2x for the same visit and it's taking over 3 months to get my money back. I confronted them the next day and was told they would look into It and send an email billing and get back to me and no one did. I repeatedly kept asking and was repeatedly told that they would send an email to the billing person. After two months, I spoke to the billing person who acted like this was the first contact and I know it was a lie and that the front desk emailed billing. Billing told me that they gave my account with them an account credit rather than refund the money to my credit card. I don't want an account credit, I wanted my money back. It was their error!! When I spoke to the girl who worked in the finance department she said she didn't know how to credit back a credit card and that she was going to have to talk to somebody else. I told her to call her merchant contact at the credit card company. She then called me back and told me that she was going to issue me a refund check. It's now been a month since I spoke to her and 3 months since they double charged my card and I still don't have the check and when I called to ask where the check is the girl told me she requested the check 3 weeks ago and to wait another week and if I don't have it in another week call her and she will put in another check request and that will take another month to process. I will dispute this charge with my credit card. Do not give this business your credit card information and be careful of the younger person at the front desk, she seems clueless when you ask her things and made this error. They also post a question of the week and ask every patient about it and take a poll and maybe if staff paid less attention to asking people a trivia question they could spend time helping patients with their alone time instead and spend time sanitizing tools and having loud conversations across the room

We had high hopes about this facility since it was recommended by the hospital. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. Every time my wife and my in laws called the phone kept ringing. There are no phones in the rooms. My father in law didn't have an emergency button to contact the staff. He would have accidents and the staff wouldn't clean him. There were roaches in the facility. They took almost a week til they gave him a shower. The staff left him in the shower by himself for 30 mins. A cleaning lady found him by himself and had to contact the staff to assist him back to his room. My father in law actually got worse in the facility. The hospital told my sister in law to take him out and take him to the Banner Hospital. I definitely do not recommend Estrella. The staff is completely careless. It's an unprofessional facility. I am surprised they are still open.

Once I got that text I realized I was triple booked that day, I called as soon as I got the text at 9:28 and Jocelyn answered the phone, she then "reminded me" that I must call 48 hours in advanced in order to not be charged a fee.... she's soooo worried about 28 minutes? That's ridiculous in my opinion. I could understand if I called 24 hours before hand and your policy is 48 hours but it makes me question if yall are really hurting that bad you need to worry about a less than 30 minute difference which makes me question if this is where I should really go. She also had a hard time staying within the perimeters I have for scheduling. I drive myself but I also have several other appointments during the week totally anywhere from 4-9 a week. So scheduling can be a little difficult but I gave her between 9 & 1 and for some reason I was still being offered options outside of that. And it's not like I said this several phone calls prior, I say it in every phone call where I set up appointments because I don't expect them to remember between calls but I don't think it's unreasonable to hope they would remember when it was said during this call. I know jen was out sick that day and that Jocelyn was doing her best to cover but jen is the best receptionist I've seen there so far in my roughly 2 years with yall. From what I can tell, an outside perspective she really goes above and beyond not just for the company but for the client too I really appreciate how things have turned around since she has showed up! Alyssa is amazing as well I've never had issues with her or dr. Andrew. I hope less than 30 minutes really doesn't make a difference and Jocelyn didn't charge me that visit, I just find it very odd that I'm almost being scolded over less than 30 minutes especially when I called as soon as I received the text from yall.
