We have been bringing our daughter here for almost a month now. We really like our therapist and can't say enough about her but the office in general ruins the experience. They are disorganized and the front staff isn't helpful. Trying to get ahold the the office is like pulling teeth. Once I waited on hold for 15min and when I called back the lady that answered wasn't concerned and another time I had to call the Glendale office and they sent an email to the Phoenix office to give me a call. My daughter is in group speech classes but during the evaluation(which was not informative) the lady never mentioned that. I don't even know the ladies name or her credentials that did the evaluation. She just asked a bunch of questions and then said ok great I will pass your information on to the scheduler who will set up classes. What are classes? does my daughter really need speech? How often is therapy? I received no answers. Again we really like our therapist but the office and how it runs effects our experience. We are going to stay with therapy for the next few lessons but do not know if we will continue. read more

When my son first started it was great 2 x a week with one therapist then she left and everyone started to leave it started going downhill there rooms are super dirty just disgusting and all of the toys they use for the kids never sanitized and all missing pieces he had a class on Monday the therapist had informed me she was leaving Aug 10 yet they let her go before and just left the kids with no class they have enough staff just sitting up front for those rooms to look so dirty read more

Therapy Tree 91st ave and Indian school Rd. If you dont cancel appt 24hour/ no call no show you will be charged $150! Well they canceled on me. I showed up to my sons appt 845am for a 9am appt. After waiting 25 min we wanted to know when he would be seen. Receptionist was surprised and asked, oh, tablet let you check in? I replied, yes we've been waiting. She told me there's a note saying they had to cancel and they had gave me a call. I replied I never received a call and when did you call to cancel. She said 7:21 day of appt. I dont check emails first thing in the morning when I have 3 kids to feed and dress than still have to take to appt! An hour and a half before appt is poor communication! Now home they never called me, they emailed me as im just getting to them now. I will not be taking my son back! read more

First off I would say in the beginning it was good I loved his therapist I loved his occupational therapist but what I didn't like today is that when I walked in nobody was working the manager said everybody quit and then I noticed that his therapist is quitting and everybody else is quitting and then when you try to call for appointments nobody answers the phones for you can see what other options you have I would just say save your time do some different researchers and try to find somewhere else don't get me wrong that the places are really nice you know the people that do do their services but when it comes to children that really needs this they need to have better options not just oh everybody quit and I don't know everybody has different life styles and everybody grows out of the job don't be telling people that read more

My son attends therapy here 2x's a week. Multiple times, the staff has cancelled my son's appointment AFTER WE SHOW UP for the appointment. I spoke to managers, they said it was because they switched systems. They did the same thing today and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I need to wait a week for response. I'll be reaching out to medical board AND FBI to discuss this as well as fraudulent charges on days he was not seen. I work the medical field and I know there are consequences and laws in place that your organization HAS NOT followed. read more

Very hard to get an appointment. Feel like you are just a number not a person. Waited over 5 months for an appointment.

So for 3 weeks now they have canceled on my son's appointments last minute. By the time they call us the online appointments are booked up. They keep saying his therapist called off. I think they still charge even if they cancel the appointment. It is frustrating because I'm trying to help my son. This place is god awful and I haven't even stepped foot into the building!!! I've been getting the run around since April!!!!! The customer service here is so damn awful I will never take my daughter here. The way they act like they don't care, can never find our referral yet her doctor has sent it over countless times. Today was the last straw when they told me they actually did get one in June but they sent it back for clinical notes missing. Umm that's funny cuz I just called on July 20 and they couldn't find my daughters name at all. Beware!!! Do not take your child here. The customer service alone should deter you. I have an intake today for therapy tree I have been waiting over 20 minutes and no one is here the doors are locked there is no sign I have tried calling the main phone number and the office phone number no one is picking up all I get is voicemails no one called me to reschedule. I don't know if this business shut down or if they're just closed horrible communication. This is an intake appointment and you would think if they were closed or would not be opened they would call me to let me know. If I could give no stars I would. From the first session it was a nightmare. My son was taking Speech Classes for a little over a month before we decided to take our services elsewhere. The staff at the front desk was rude 90% of the time. The actual therapists were nice and got along with my son well but more often than not they would make us wait 5-15 minutes before we were taken back so my son wasn't getting the full scheduled 30min sessions. Today was the last straw when I waited 20mins for my son to be seen and he still was not taken back. Instead of the front desk letting us know that the new therapist that was going to see my son wasn't even in the building, they had us sit there until I went to find out. The professionalism at the 2 locations that I have had visits at for my son were crap. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! You will get the run around from beginning to end with them. read more

I previously worked at Therapy Tree for 1 year. My problem with this company is there is No Human Resources department and/or anyone to verify that I worked there . This may hinder my opportunity to get a new job as per background company they have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone at all . I myself called x4 and never received a call back . If you can not accept DDD... you do not accept special needed children! Go else where! I now go to team 4 kids much better. It's more autism friendly. Better sensory experience. These people don't even remember my child name that is literally at the top of the paper. My child also has ADHD which them being professional thought they could handle but unfortunately I was wrong. My child is a flight risk and they don't have alarms or even doors in the doorways. So of course he runs out. I will most definitely not be recommending this place. I'm a proud autism mom! And this is not a place for any delayed children. It's all fun and no work. So no progress. read more

Wow I am so disappointed in the level of customer service. After waiting a month for an evaluation they call and and tell me the OT is sick a hour before the apt. I called multiple times after seeing specialist and they never returned my calls. They lost my paperwork twice and my sons doctor sent it multiple times! Customer service is absolutely atrocious. We liked my daughter's speech therapist but as a company they seem to continually over diagnose. They have now twice sent out emails about there being COVID cases in the facility have have never shut down and can't even tell you what day the infected person was there. They first claim HIPPA and then say they don't know. Can't get their story straight. They blame everyone but themselves for their lack of information. Claim they take precautions for COVID but seems to only be what's convenient and they don't enforce it among their own employees. Awful company. Go elsewhere. read more

This my first visit with my granddaughter. She has been going for a couple of months. First thing is they have us going to 91 ave and Indian school when we live in the east valley. The person who does scheduling does not know what he is doing. I tried to get appointments at the 12th street office and he just could not understand to change the appointments from one place to the other. He thought we wanted more days. Second as I sat in the office that was way to crowded for covid distancing. The noise level was unbelievable. Kids crying, screaming, out of control. My granddaughter is there for speech. When they called us back they went over that they did sharing time and had no time for speech. Why pay for something they are not getting. I have other special needs grandchildren and have never been to a more unprofessional place in all my years. It seem to be run like a herd them in and heard them out. read more

This company deserves 0 stars My daughters doctor has send a speech referral over and over for months I always call to follow up and all I hear is excuses I spoke with a lady named Sullie or Julie who pretty much told me that they couldn't se my daughter because she has a free insurance that sucks that every free insurance sucks specially this plan because they don't get paid. I needed more information from her before I try to find legal device to find out if what this company is doing to my daughter is correct so I go into the office on 91st ave As soon as I walked in I was glad that they didn't want my child this office was packed to the max a young lady with an infant in her arms was sitting at the front desk while a gentleman has at least 7 people waiting to check in in the lobby I could hear loud loud Cantina" music playing in the back office. This place is unsanitary unorganized I am thankful that they don't take my special needs free insurance !. read more

My child deserved a better therapist. She was a horribly dishonest and uncaring woman. He didn't make any progress with this therapist. We've been with a different company for years. Horrible customer/guest service. Completely unprofessional! The front desk is the worst I have ever seen at any doctors office. Therapist are always late from 5 to 15 minutes and the front desk employees don't even bother to inform you of the delay. My daughter has speech, occupational and physical therapy here. We've been coming here for about a year. The therapists are great and seem to really enjoy their job and try for the kids which is the only reason we go and why I give them any stars. Some of the sessions feel rushed but I know they have a lot of kids to work with so it's almost understandable. The front office staff ruins the entire experience. They are unhelpful and always rude. I try to deal with them as little as possible because they are the absolute worst. They've messed up her appointment times, given me wrong information, and will straight ignore patients to gossip with one another. I walked in for an appointment two minutes before they're lunch was over once and had the front office girl stare me down, literally not break eye contact with me, while sipping her iced coffee til one minute passed her lunch break before checking us in. What a blessing to have found Therapy Tree for my son! The location is so convenient, from wherever your coming from in the valley. The admin staff could not be more pleasant, and the therapists are amazing! I have been so impressed with the personal approach from Armida (speech) and Sarah (OT). I am very unhappy with the customer/guest service here. The first 2 times I have came in with my son have been nice, respectful people who made it clear what was going on/being done with my son and his speech. Today I went in and waited 20 minutes for my sons session to start after checking in, and had to go up to the desk AGAIN to ask why he has not been called back yet, I had other things to do at 5. she then told me hold on let me go check, leaves, she calls us to the back and tells me the manager would like to have a word, my son and I go in, and she randomly tells us about our insurance and how it wasn't going through. They made us wait 20 minutes for that??????? Total lack of care for their customers. Then I told her at the end of the concseeiton I didn't understand why they couldn't have told us that before leaving us waiting for 20 minutes knowing what was going on with our insurance, and she didn't even respond to me. My son went here for multiple therapys and their billing department screwed up our insurance so bad that It's been almost 6 months and It is STILL causing problems all over the place. I would NEVER recomment them to anyone. The only 2 good constant therapiest my son ever had left and their billing department is a joke. read more
