It didn't take her long, we talked about my colors and she left. She provided me an estimate quickly via their convenient portal, which was very reasonable. She also told me the painters would get the paint (SW) so I wouldn't have to. The two men arrived timely on the day we'd scheduled, and worked carefully to tape off all areas and place plastic on my floors. They removed my mounted televisions/mirrors and moved my furniture out of the way. They were also very careful with edging, and it definitely showed in the final result. Overall it took them about two days, and their work was excellent. I'd also asked to have one wall papered in my bedroom; this was done by a different contractor arranged through PPP and scheduled on a separate date. This man was also timely and very clean. I am happy to report that Ruiz Painting did a terrific job. During the estimate discussion, Mr. Ruiz listened more than he talked. He is a smart and patient man, and took his time in determining the best course of action. He asked excellent questions, and quickly came to an understanding of my needs. We are selling our home, and wanted to make it as attractive as possible to buyers. He inspected the house carefully, making note of places where repairs would be needed prior to painting. I especially liked how he explained the process. When asked, he readily provided a certificate of insurance coverage. He was clear in stating when the work could be completed, and his crew met every deadline. They left the workspace sparkling clean. Mr. Ruiz is a young man, and his is a young business. After contacting 3 different companies for estimates and recommendations, Elite Pro's was the best fit for me at the time. I also liked that they provided a follow up review after a year. The startup was a bit delayed due to the weather(rain) and their spring rush. Once it did start, it didn't take them long at all. I never actually met or saw the workers, I just saw the progress in the evenings when I returned to the home. The project only took a few days. I was satisfied with their work and went with their recommendations for the job. I was pleased with the end result. Now that I'm in the process of buying a new home, I plan on contacting them again for projects.
