I am happy to report that Ruiz Painting did a terrific job. During the estimate discussion, Mr. Ruiz listened more than he talked. He is a smart and patient man, and took his time in determining the best course of action. He asked excellent questions, and quickly came to an understanding of my needs. We are selling our home, and wanted to make it as attractive as possible to buyers. He inspected the house carefully, making note of places where repairs would be needed prior to painting. I especially liked how he explained the process. When asked, he readily provided a certificate of insurance coverage. He was clear in stating when the work could be completed, and his crew met every deadline. They left the workspace sparkling clean. Mr. Ruiz is a young man, and his is a young business.
