I went home and looked it up online. It looked like a place I'd like to go to, so I did! I booked my first appointment for a leg wax with Morgan. On the date and time of my appointment, I arrived and checked in. Shortly after, Morgan came out to get me. My leg wax went well and as she was waxing me, I mentioned that I was pretty much due for my next Brazilian, so I'm unsure why I didn't just book it with my leg wax. She mentioned that we had a little extra time in our appointment slot, and she could squeeze it in. Perfect! I ended up going back on another date to get my eyebrows done and that was a pretty good experience as well. Being that I was an avid customer at another wax place before moving to this area, here's a few things I wish I'd Wax That had to offer that I'm accustomed to: - The use of a cooling gel on those really sensitive areas (such as your upper lip) post-wax - Offering packages/bundles of services. For example, being able to get your eyebrows, Brazilian, and legs bundled together at one price with a slight discount for doing them all together - A frequent customer punch card...after a certain amount of visits, you get a discount on your next visit Nevertheless, I think I found my place...at least for now. I'm glad I was able to support a small local business rather than the common European Wax Center.

Binta was wonderful, but I'm not thrilled with my results from the lift and tint, and after a Brazilian I'm very very red and bumpy 3 days later. Essentially my full leg and underarm wax were flawless. Binta is friendly and kind and very professional. The lift and tint were mediocre at best and even after a return trip for a second free of charge tint (normally like $30), my lashes look unchanged. I told her I wasn't happy and that while there is minimal lift and color, it is not enough of a noticeable difference to be worth the $110 I spent. This was my first lash lift, a procedure that I had literally never heard of prior to a google search made on a whim. I wanted something to bring out my eyelashes without extensions and this was perfect. I saw Danielle S. for the lash lift. The procedure itself took about 90 minutes including a consultation that reviewed potential complications such as eyelash kinking. When I asked about that the technician explained how it happened and how they are able to fix it during the lift itself. So I went for it, got in a 60 minute nap, and woke up looking like this, lol. Danielle was even able to fix up a bald spot on one of my eyelashes that she had noticed. Super natural look, professional experience, worth every penny for the nap alone. Can't wait for my brow consult in a few weeks!

This is the ONE TIME I DID NOT have to worry and even tho it took quite some time, He never got an attitude, and he was thorough. I should've reviewed the first and second time I went in. However I did go back for a blowout and left with hair I am obsessed with - for the holiday weekend! My manicure and pedicure were flawless and the nail tech was very sweet and friendly. My wax was pretty painful but maybe because I hadn't had one since the Summer and forgot how bad and awkward they can be. However, the lady offered to give me a complimentary touch up a week after, which I thought was nice. Clients were coming in back to back for waxing in the couple of hours that I was there, so this must be the place to go!
