In a time where everyone is quick to give a bad review of a business, I'd like to give a good review. I've been going to Bellezza for years, I've always had an amazing experience, I'm never unhappy. Yes, sometimes things happen where I didn't get exactly what I asked for but it's not because they were incompetent, it's because there was a miscommunication which was easily fixed on the rare occasions its happened by simply talking to them at the time or even contacting them a short time later and explaining what the issue was. A word of advice just like with hair stylist the best thing you could do is show a picture because your idea of medium length and full could be different from your stylsts idea of medium length and full a picture leaves less need for interpretation. I've seen bad reviews given and it's terrible, this is someone's livelihood so to be quick to give a bad review is just terrible. I've used just about everyone there, just because someone is new doesn't make them bad at their job. Everyone is trained by the same person, the owner Gina who is amazing at extensions. I've recommended countless people and have never heard a bad word of feedback. Also the front desk is amazing and Yogi, the brow girl has transformed my eyebrows and gives the best head and face massage that I've had a threading I probably didn't need just for that part. And no, I'm not being paid to make this review I'm not getting anything in return, I'm not related to the owner and I wasn't even asked to do it. I'm simply stating the truth. In a world where a lot of people no longer show up for their jobs and everyone is short staffed, let's be a little kinder and more patient to those who do show up. read more

Arrived an HOUR before posted closing time and closed sign was up on the door despite people still working inside. Walked in, was told the person who does eyebrows is gone. Drove 20 minutes to get here and sure as shit won't be doing it again. Disgraceful. EDIT: store owner thinks posted sign on door of salon should be sufficient. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to see that sign from my home 20 minutes away before I take the hour out of my day to drive to your salon. This salon CONTINUES to disrespect patrons like this. I had a lash lift that came out great. My only negative is I wish my lash expert was more personable and attentive. She never asked my name or introduced herself to me, I was just " Are you the lash lift?" She explained the process a little bit, but mostly just the timing, that whatever was on my eyes would sit for 15min. When I was finished after opening my eyes I was just left there, and having your eyes shut for an hour definitely affects your vision for a little bit. I am very unhappy with their customer service. I made an appointment after not visiting the salon in over a year because I had a baby. Bellezza was convenient for me to get to so I figured I'd go back. Upon making my appointment, I was never told that if I missed my appointment, I would be charged for 100% of the service ($249). I had previously never missed or not shown for any of my appointments. When I called, I explained to the receptionist that I honestly forgot about my appointment. I also told her that she made my appointment and she never told me this. Her reply in a nasty tone was "yes, you were told this when I made your appointment." Which she never did. After speaking with the manager, she told me that I signed consent forms agreeing to this, which I'm sure I signed but over 1 year ago! She would not waive the high fee. I should have been reminded of their cancellation policy since it was so long ago that I had been there. And to make matters worse, I spoke with the receptionist twice that day because she originally booked my appointment too close to the appointment scheduled after mine and called me back to see if I could come at a different time. Poor customer service. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Love the technicians that work here, BUT the place is poorly managed! Me, my sister, and cousin were all driving an hour to get to this salon for some time. Never missed an appointment although they would switch our appts with our favorite techs and schedule us with another without even informing us! Me and my sister were lucky enough to find our fav tech, after she left the salon, by looking for her on Instagram. My cousin was still going to this salon. She missed an appointment for the first time this Saturday, and they charged her the full service charge of $90! With such a strict cancellation policy you would think they would do reminder or confirmation calls! She explained that she thought her appointment was for the following Saturday but they didn't care! I understand that time is money but sheesh! Bottom line if you schedule here make sure you never have an emergency or forget your appointment!! Good luck conducting business this way!
