If you're looking for an extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating staff... look no further!! I called in just to purchase a few pieces of vinyl I needed for a home project and was happily surprised they were willing to cut the pieces I needed and have them ready the same day even though they aren't really vinyl suppliers! The reception area of their building was neat, tidy, and had many displays of their work! Judging by the displays and by the demeanor of the staff I interacted with I can tell it's a great company with excellent work ethics! Worst service ever unreliable I would never get calls back or txt seems like they are to busy to even txt back. I was told that they would design a wrap for my truck it's now been more that 3 months and nothing. If you are looking for poor service this is the place you will be getting your vehicles wrapped in a good year or two... From first contact, to completion, this was all around an extremely pleasant experience. I contacted Palmer signs after 8pm, and got a response within minutes. The first great sign in my opinion. I sent them some not perfect files from a previous wrap, and they got me a quote super fast. The price was competitive, and the service was so top notch that even if you find it cheaper elsewhere, you'll end up happier here. I made an error with the color I approved, it slightly mismatched my other wrap, but they were very clear I should bring in a color match if I wanted it the exact same - my lazy ness was the only reason there was any glitch in the entire process. I'm a small business owner, and as most small business owners, strive to keep my reputation solid. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, other than I can't even keep up with the awesome response time they have. I'd send an email, set my phone down for seconds, and have a response. So awesome. Unless everything about them changes, they will have my business as long as I have a business. Thank you very much. **Update** 6-11-18 just had some last minute repair work done on an older wrap of mine ( it got in an accident and looked terrible) dropped it off at 9am, got an email at 11:30 it was done, had it in my possession by 11:50. I'm really irritated that I sent in an online request and no one ever got back to me. I sent an email because I had to call to speak to someone over the phone and they gave me their email and I never got a reply from my message. I always had to forward my message and ask if they saw it for them to reply. I have quite a few clients waiting for pricing from me and at this point it's causing me to lose money and now I'm frustrated. I was hanging out at the race track talking to a fellow Corvette driver. We got talking about wrap's. I mentioned that I wanted to get my car done but that it would be too expensive. He said he knew of a company that was competitive and did great work. I contacted Tony Palmer at Palmer Signs, told him what I wanted and in hours I had a proposal with renderings. We exchanged ideas a couple of times, always with an immediate response. I wanted to wrap my car in the Gulf Oil (Steve McQueen #20) livery. The car came out just great. Instead of a boring white car I have a piece of art that I can drive on the street. I can't recommend Palmer Signs enough. I called Palmer Signs to get a quote and to see how fast they could get a sign done for an event we had coming up. The guy, Chris was nice and their price was one of the best I had come across. I asked him for a mock up so my Corporate office could approve it & we could get the ball rolling. He was aware we were under pressures for time. He assured me I would have the mock up by the end of the day. Half way through the second business day I still had not received the mock up. I called several times and the receptionist continued to put me on hold & then sent me directly to voicemail. I decided to go elsewhere by the end of the second day since I still I had not received a call back or an email with the mock up I was promised the day before. They obviously didn't want more business! I was disgusted with the fact that I was given empty promises. There are plenty of other 'sign places' in Roseville & Rocklin that follow through with what they say they will do. My suggestion? Don't waste your time with Palmer Signs. read more
