I searched on Yelp for a few reputable tint shops and I had a specific kind of tint film in mind. I reached out to a few shops through Yelp and got quotes. Some didn't have what I was looking for, some didn't provide enough information in their reply, some did t reply at all and then there was Genesis Window Tinting. In a class of their own. First of all, major kudos to Yarlenny. Her customer service is top notch. From our first interaction, to the walkthrough of the job and then to making sure the job was done well and to my satisfaction, she excelled in all aspects of customer service and what it takes to make sure the customer is heard and requests are met. Initially, I wasn't too sure on the tint shade and was wondering how it would look on my car, she took the time to show her own Tesla and the tint it had on there. Being a visual person, this helped a lot with deciding to go darker or lighter on the tint. I was provided with clear, transparent pricing on everything that I wanted to include with the job. While they are not the cheapest, they are competitive - especially with certain films that they are certified on. They also offer "a la carte" option where they allow addition or subtraction of certain areas (for example do the tint on the car but exclude the back window). After dropping off the car, I was given a timeframe on when the job will be complete. They were right on the money. The tint came out super nice. The windows inside were clean and there wasn't any residue on the doors or dash, I've had a few experiences with other shops where this was an issue. The car looks so much better now. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with customer service, the tint job and professionalism. They do offer other services (PPF) on top of window tinting. If you're ever in the market to get your windows tinted, give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I swear I kill half the bug population on the causeway. I used Yelp to shop different installers in the Roseville area. Gold Wurks was one of the first to reply. GW has been installing PPF for over 20 years. I dealt mainly with Christine and she was very communicative about the services, products and timing. She worked with me on my schedule and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her customer service was one of the reasons I chose GW. I felt she offered the fairest price for the most quality product: Xpel Ultimate Plus. Xpel is considered one of the leaders in PPF with 10 year warranty and self healing properties. Also they could do the install in one day. The protected the following: hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, frontside of rear view mirrors, luggage strip on back bumpers and door edges. While the quality of the product is important, the quality of install is even more important. GW did an excellent job. The seams were clean and the ends were tight and nicely fitted. My pictures do not do their work justice. To that point, I hired a Detailer (also a PPF installer) to work on my car. That Detailer said they did a really clean install job. I also found out GW installs for a lot of the luxury dealers in the area like Volvo and Porsche. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

I had UFS do several services to my vehicle with Sun Tek PPF, Sun Tek Evolve ceramic window tint, body kit installation and Tesla decal and emblems added on. I had the Sun Tek PPF four millimeter installed 8 months ago and it still looks like they just did it last week. The Sun Tek PPF made my paint pop out like it was in a showroom. I had the windows tinted 2 months ago right before summer and so happy I went with the Sun Tek Evolve ceramic window tint. Sun Tek Evolve literally blocks most of the heat out. I did 30% rear 20% front and 50% windshield. I just recently had UFS install my body kit even though Dan doesn't like to install any body kits unless it's carbon fiber he made an exception for me and I'm very thankful that he did. Dan applied my Tesla decal and emblems for free so that was very cool. UFS offers quality products quality work at a very reasonable price. Dan's team is very experienced and knowledgeable on everything and I highly recommend anyone to UFS if they want there vehicle to have the best PPF the best window tint and the best owner and employees to work on your vehicle.
