WOW!!! The level of incompetence is through the roof at 2100 Brooks on Missoula, MT. They are the reason I need blood pressure medicine! I get one notification by text and calling, after the other, for my prescriptions and when I drive the 50 miles round trip they don't have it. 5 TIMES IN A ROW!!! Do the math at $5/gal and a wasted hour and a half each time. I wouldn't trust this company to fill a French fry order let alone handle my medicines. Just have a look at the other reviews for this corporation. There's an awful lot of 2 star ratings and BELOW. Pathetic!! I've changed to a local pharmacy which is proper. Walgreens on Reserve St Missoula Mt is the worst place of business I've seen. They never have the meds, takes 3 days to order. They argue and fight to defend their poor service . Never in my life did I think I would be leaving anything but a five star review for Walgreens. But..that was before I moved to Missoula. Wow. 5 hours of trying to get a pretty important prescription filled, 2 hours of which I spent on the phone telling my doctor that they needed to fix the prescription because Walgreens wasn't able to fill it the way it was written??? 100% never heard anything like that in my life but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My doctor confirmed they called and spoke with the pharmacy, Walgreens told me repeatedly that my doctor never called to clarify. I continued calling the pharmacy then my doctor then the pharmacy then my doctor, only for Walgreens to call me going on the fifth hour to say oops we figured it out. No explanation given, no apology. I mean prescriptions are a big deal and with that kind of incompetency I'm not comfortable going back to this pharmacy. read more

If you have the option to use another pharmacy, do it. I used Walgreen exclusively in Kansas City, but no more. I have had more than one strange experience here. Last night I tried to get a flu shot and covid booster... Look, if a senior finds transportation to the pharmacy on a cold night and there is no one waiting in line, would it be that hard to work them in? I was told, " I only give shots with an online reservation at my location." It felt like I was getting turned away from a fancy restaurant. read more

The pharmacy staff has been absolutely great! We have been here an extended time due to covid and had to refill multiple prescriptions. The staff made it so easy and has been supportive and compassionate. All pharmacies could take lessons on customer service from these dedicated pros! I put in for my prescriptions and was told that it would be 15 minutes. Because of my severe stomach pain, I told the pharmacist that I might just go across the street to Albertsons and get something mild to eat, something that should take maybe twenty minutes. Well after fifteen minutes later, I went back in to check on the status of my prescriptions and was told they would be ready in about an hour!? I get that miscommunications happen, but this felt completely absurd to me. I don't understand how they thought getting soup from across the street would take an hour, or why I would want the medication that I need later when I was in so much pain that I couldn't stand. I'm going to keep coming here for some medications, but only because I get boxed in because of the contracts that different pharmacies have with drug companies. You can bet I will never trust a pharmacist at this location now though. read more

Pharmacy lied to the doctor, said they could fill my script. Get there and they said they never got the call from the doctor; I heard the conversation at the doctor's office, they called them. Second time Walgreens pharmacy would not fill a script. Never go to the Walgreens pharmacy very unprofessional. read more

This is the best Pharmacy in Missoula and I have used many due to chronic and recurring health issues. They are up to date on vaccinations, very courteous and friendly, make going there pleasurable. Further they explain everything well and seem to genuinely care. I highly recommend this pharmacy. read more

So I bought a set of nail polish on sale with about 20 little bottles ( not a small pkg) and was charged double. I did not realize it until I got home. When I went to the store to show my receipt where I was charged for 2 the "manager" came out and said to my face " I will have to go check the video tape to see what you bought" I am a 66 year old women and was insulted that this clerk would think I would go to all the trouble of going back to the store to retrieve my $10. As a fraud! Obviously there is no customer service training for these young fools! If Walgreens has this for a policy how about NOT saying this to the customer and just stepping in the back to check!! Never again! Rude staff who has no idea what they are doing. Don't bother buying ANYTHING here. They will promise you one thing then screw you over.

Convenient and it's nice to go somewhere where you know where everything is and that it's always in stock. Very friendly staff that greet you when you walk in any huge and wide array of products. I only get my prescriptions there sometimes because they tend to be a lot higher priced then my favorite locally owned Missoula Pharmacy, but sometimes the late hours and weekend hours are worth a bit more. read more

Today tried to call Brooks St and Reserve st to fill to refill a prescription. The phone were down in both locations so I called Wall greens Customer Service in IL. After a 10 minute wait a Rep answered and I explained the problem and asked if they could relay my prescription refill request. The rep said she tried to cal and the phones were down and that it takes two business days to refill from HQ to Missoula. She suggested that I drive to the store. Chain store are inflexible when it comes to common sense and customer service. read more

Walgreen's advertises that hey are open 24 hours, but they are not. I wish false advertisers would stop advertising falsly.

My doc faxed over a few Rx's earlier in the day and I went to pick them up around 7 pm. I got to the window and no one even greeted me for about 5 minutes, then when they did the man informed me that they weren't ready and that in 20 minutes I could come back, I was a little agitated since I needed those rx's from just having a baby, he said that I would need to come in and get them, so don't come through drive through, the cars were lined up outside waiting. Didn't get them that night to say the least. Next day, I call in to see if they are ready, and still not completely filled. The gal on the phone, Jenny, was rude and put me on hold and transferred me to someone else without even telling me, I wait the 20 minutes for fill and get there and still not done, they try to sell me something that's not my exact rx, which I said no thank you, Jenny was rude and cut me off when I talked and didn't seem to listen. Poor customer service and just poor attitude. read more

First, this particular store on brooks does not advertise 24hr service, their hours are posted on the website and store doors. Yet while I always get friendly help and find what I need as well as suggestions etc., they do not accept Tricare insurance, which pretty much every pharmacy in town does, making them useless as a pharmacy for military members. read more
