In past years, they would send me a text to let me know my prescriptions were ready. Not now. I called in person last Friday. They said they would be ready by 11:30 am. Got there at two, waited in line for a 1/2 hour, They were not ready. Sunday, I called again, and was told they would be ready but 2:00 pm. Got there at 3:00, waited in line again for 1/2 hour, and 4 were ready, one was just a partial. Come back tomorrow, they said. If only they would be honest about what they tell you! Do not use them. Called in a prescription at 3pm they promised they would get done, show up at 9:30pm and they just didn't get it done. Too bad, they were just short handed, they said. shocking experience! no one in store at 8am, I couldn't find what I was looking for, I asked the pharmacist who ignored me (maybe he was deaf? My daughter asked). Ok to pick up a few things but feel the staff and prices are better at CVS. It is much closer to our home which makes it convenient.

They get you your medicine. That's all I can say. Very unhelpful with any questions or concerns regarding autofilling and new medication. Some of the employees don't look like qualified pharmacists to me. It was also a nightmare to get my prescriptions changed over from somewhere else. Glad I don't use them anymore. this Walgreens Pharmacy on N Reserve is absolutely horrendous!! I had just been released from the hospital after a total knee replacement. the hospital pharmacy did not have one of the scripts I needed so we went there. boy that a mistake. after about an hour of getting there they sent me a text that it was in process. that was great! my daughter went in about 2 hours later and was told they would "get right on it" after finding out that I had been released from the hospital a couple hours earlier and had been sitting outside waiting...nope they didn't "get on it" for about two -2 1/2 hours...and of course I had to pee the whole time I was waitin. so the wait time was over 5 hours which to someone in pain is an eternity...we now had to travel in the crap hole weather and icy roads in the dark which sent my anxiety through the roof and made me a terrible backseat driver to my already cranky driver! (which would have been avoided had I got the script in a timely fashion)....i won't be back nor will I recommend this pharmacy to ANYONE!!! need negative stars-one star doesn't cover it!!! read more

I'm visiting, taking care of a very ill relative until such time as I can put her on a plane and send her to my house. For palliative/hospice care. The staff, has been so helpful, understanding and genteel. The situation has been eased a great deal by their willingness to help as I struggle in a strange city with a very difficult situation. read more

The pharmacy here is HORRIBLE. Sylvia, who works in that department, on multiple occasions has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. She acts like asking basic questions about your prescription is the most inconvenient thing that's ever happened to her. Is that not what they're there for?? Now Walgreens on reserve on 1025 around noon I contacted them and got a technician didn't catch his name because I needed to know if they carry the Teva brand of Adderall cuz the Walgreens on Brooks was out both Walmarts were out CVS was out and he refused to tell me and told me that I had to come in with a prescription before they would tell me if they were carrying that brand or not I am allergic to most of the other ones and I also get severe intestinal problems and I left 40 miles away in the opposite direction have to go clear across town on the busiest road that has the most accidents on it just to find out that they don't have any I contacted some friends of mine shared this review because if I got in a wreck on the way over there or back I was going to sue Walgreens cuz I'm not asking anything that would be suspicious or trying to get drugs or anything like that just wanted to know the brand and I have a right since I pay for it to get what I want shouldn't have to be felt like I'm I'm a criminal or something it's b******* and very demeaning and very disappointed I use you guys for a lot I get over $3,000 a month in meds and this was for my mother actually it was 76 years old and needs her medication and we were told to stick with the same brand that way it doesn't cause problems with other medication like I said I'm very disappointed I don't know if I'll use your pharmacy again I was in on Friday and it took them 45 minutes to fill 30 pills you can email me at amcoyle406@gmail.com. thank you so very much for making me feel like crap ANNA COYLE CUSTOMER FOR YEARS read more

TERRIBLE pharmacy service. I called in the late morning to make sure they filled a script. They said they'd do it. I went mid-afternoon, and it wasn't ready. I said I'd go run an errand and come back in a little while to get it. An hour and 20 min later, I went back to the counter, and it still isn't ready. Im sitting and waiting now, and I'll have to stand in the long line AGAIN when they finally call my name, since there's just one cashier at the pharmacy. read more

this pharmacy is awful. nearly every time i go through, they don't have my medication ready. i called them right after my doctors appointment and was told 30-40 minutes. i get there 45 minutes later and they tell me another 15-20 minutes. absolutely ridiculous. Terrible pharmacy, would not recommend to anyone. If you use the drive thru, you will sit there for at least 5-10 minutes before anyone acknowledges you and there is a 50% chance your prescription will actually be ready. Even if you call ahead of time to confirm that it will be ready, it probably won't be. Customer service is terrible too. They do not care about their customers. If you have multiple prescriptions, it is even worse. They cannot keep track of when refills are done and when the next one should be, and will argue with you about it. Recommend going literally anywhere else for your pharmaceutical needs. read more

I am so over Walgreens! They are soooo incompetent, I can't believe it! I had to switch pharmacies because my pharmacy, Shopko closed. I NEVER had any issues with Shopko. Since switching to Walgreens I have at least one issue every single time I go there. On May 30, 2019 I went to see my doctor. They sent in the prescription that same day. I went there on June first and was told nothing was sent in. I am disabled, and just getting there is an issue for me. So I called my doctor on Monday, they said they would send it in again...so I went back to Walgreens on Monday, June 3rd, asked if the prescription was sent in, the woman said she would check. I was holding a shopping bag while waiting, I was in a lot of pain. Fifteen minutes later, after standing in front of the registers waiting, I finally asked her if they were working on it and she said "no, nothing was sent in" so I replied,"so I'm waiting here for nothing?" I then left feeling very upset that it wasn't called or faxed in and for standing there for fifteen minutes. Well, this morning, June 4th, my doctors office called and said it was definitely sent in on May 30th! So now I have to go there for the third time! How hard is it to do your job? It is literally the only thing you do! I really cannot understand how one business can mess things up every single time. I'm done. I'm giving my business to CVS...they can't be any worse than this. I also have not been able to fill another prescription this year. Since January 2019, they have been unable to fill one of my prescriptions. I have tried every month to no avail. This is the second time I've been burned at Walgreens. I don't know why I ever went back after the first time. Latest issue.. wasn't able to pick up my prescription as the pharmacist was gone. I understand people following procedures but how about some customer service and being kind to people... especially sick people who really need their antibiotic.. I'll be moving my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff was incredible! Especially Lauren, she went well out of her way and helped ensure I received meds that I had been waiting for insurance PriorAuth (and I'm from out of state). I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this store and Miss Lauren! She's a champ! read more

If you need a pharmacy don't use this one. The customer service is fine, the ladies who work in the the pharmacy department are very nice. However, they don't seem to have there act together when it comes to having things ready. If you need a quick in out place don't use this one. read more

It's hard to understand the appeal of Walgreens. The products they carry can, for the most part, be found at Wal-Mart.

The Manager was not helpful when trying to use a coupon. The cashier was very rude, condescending and not very knowledgeable about the products. This has always been my favorite Walgreens compared to the one on Brooks. But not anymore. I will never shop at this Walgreens again. read more

I'm a manager at a high end jewelry store, so customer service is always something I expect when I going into any business. I understand that the customer, is the person that drives my business. Sadly, it's a rare occasion when I'm treated the way I would host any person in our store. I've found, that the Reserve St. Wallgreens is the exception. From the Pharmacist (I truly wish I remembered his name) that came out from behind the desk, and read and activated the coupon for my prescription (I recently had lasik surgery, and could not do so myself) Not the prescription, the coupon, to save me money on my purchase. I had a full on migraine and must have seemed like real prize to assist, but he did so with a kind demeanor. Every time I come in, for various items or adding money to a cash card, I'm met with a smile, and each cashier, always offers coupons, directions, or just leaves me feeling better than when I first walked in the door. I could spend my time, and money anywhere, I will always choose this store. On July 26th 2017 at the reserve st Walgreens, I got very sick I thought I was having a stroke was throwing up in the parking lot and thought if I'm having a stroke I need to try to get inside. I was there to fill some prescriptions and after sitting for about 15 minutes I mustered up the strength to hand in my scripts I could hardly walk or talk. The girl asked are you waiting out coming back later, I told her I an not doing well and feel like I'm going to faint. She looked disgusted and at me like I had some sort of disease. After about 25 minutes of my body shutting down I called my boyfriend and only could ask for help. Not one person in that store offered nor cared to get me help. Once my boyfriend got there and I couldn't walk or talk he asked many times for a manager, finally told the fellow in photo to call an ambulance. Stilll not one staff member helped a customer ripped a bottle of baby aspirin of the shelf and shoved 4 down my throat. Once the ambulance arrived then the manager came out, only to make sure that I hadn't fallen in their store, so they wouldn't have law suit. I spent 7hrs in the ER. So the next day I went back and confronted the girl who have no regard to my life and didn't tell any manager or employee what was going on, I told her you didn't care. She copped an attitude told me I don't what she felt. I said said your not even sorry she got post of walked off and retrieved her boss who had also seen the entire event. He told me they loved for the manager. In the medical grills you are responsible by law to report our help anyone in distress or being abused. They were willing to let me for in that reception are and don't care. The manager of the site yesterday would not even come out and speak to me I waited a half an hr and that person refused to come talk to me. I will be filling a company with the star with the better business bureau and your corporate office. read more
