Gee thanks. Also it takes about 10 seconds for the screen to come on every time you change channels. They advertise high speed internet but trust me it's seems like you are using dial up. .. Every time you call no matter the day or time be prepared to wait at least half an hour for someone to answer ( not exaggerating), plus 99% of the time they are rude and all they do to try and help you is have you reset your box/ router. Thanks, I tried that 5 times already how about you stop ripping people off. We pay 200$ a month and there is always a problem, but you are stuck bc there's no other provider in the area. I forgot to mention that the guy they sent out did a crappy job of putting the cables in and drilling holes. You also can't even close the plastic box around the cables outside because they don't fit in there so they have just sit out in the weather. That's how much they tick me off. There's more but I think you get the point.

Now imagine having upload / download times that are 3 times as fast as what Verizon can provide. Now imagine this being two thirds the price of Verizon. Finally imagine a company that provides almost instantaneous support / service. This is what Natural Wireless is. My specific experience: 0) Before moving, I requested a quote on service and pricing. I received an email instantaneously. 1) Moved into the new apartment on March 19th. Signed up for service. It was available immediately. 2) Same day added a Roku via email. Within 10 minutes it was on the network. 3) Same day discovered a laptop I used for work was not compatible with the default network. Placed a call. 4) March 21 a tech shows up, updates their equipment (see picture) and my router. Laptop now works. My entire home including echos, google home, smart plugs, additional laptops, FireTV are all on the network and are working great!

They diagnosed it as a problem in the lines coming to my unit (so not my issue) but it will still take them 3 days to come out and restore service.
