We had a messy…read moreperson renting a room from my mom and let's just say this was a last ditch effort in saving the 2 year old carpet before a complete replacement. There was caked-in makeup, food, and dirt imbedded into the carpet fibers in the one room. The other 2 rooms had normal dirt that the vacuum didn't pick up. After an hour or so, all three rooms look like brand new carpet. The carpets are a darker tan and regained their original luster. I'll be calling them again in 6 months or so to refresh the carpets and keep them fresh. Oh and it's really affordable with the specials their running!
