Several guests did report feeling ill afterward, and while it may not have been solely your responsibility, your dismissive attitude speaks volumes. A professional venue should welcome feedback--not attack clients and their vendors with personal and emotional responses. You've attempted to invalidate someone's lived experience rather than reflect on the professionalism expected in the industry. I would strongly caution others in the industry to thoroughly vet this venue before doing business here.

With that being said i had to make the best of what was giving to me but no one deserves this type of treatment. I paid $250 for the cleaning fee and it took me from 11-4 to clean/ setup but she said I'm just setting up because she then came around 1 to clean up a little bit but I did most of it.
