Always friendly and helpful, they have never once made a mistake or miscount in the 5 years or so I've gone there. Never that laziness when a call has to be made. There aren't many small pharmacies around anymore and that's sad. I have no choice but to go to a large chain now and I miss them alreafy.

I spoke with a pharmacist today on the phone about prescription order that was handled…read moreincorrectly. Not the wrong medication, just an error that caused a long delay of a much needed medication. When I found out what happened, I questioned how the mistake was made. The pharmacist could not have been less concerned about the fact that my medication was delayed for an extended period of time, or why it happened. Her response to me was "I'm filing it now, so I don't know what more you want me to do." I needed assurance that this wouldn't happen in the future, but she said she was too busy to find out what happened. I pressed for an answer and she hung up. When I went in to pick up the medicine, she was incredibly rude and dismissive and stated that she had no way of finding out how this happened. As she walked away from me, a pharmacy tech who had heard the conversation had already looked it up and easily figured out what had happened. She explained the reason for the misunderstanding and offered a sincere apology. That was really all it took, two minutes of attention to my very valid concern after waiting over 2 weeks for a medication I didn't need to wait for at all. It has fostered a lack of confidence in the pharmacist for me. She is in a business where mistakes matter. People's lives are affected by extended and unnecessary delays. All that was needed was a few minutes and little compassion to resolve the question I had. It's a shame I can't expect that kind of transparency from my pharmacist.

It used to be Rubinos but has recently been renamed. The same professional team is on hand. They are courteous and kind and are very helpful. I have been using this Pharmacy ever since I was old enough to get my own prescriptions. My Mother came here for prescriptions when I was a child. There is plenty of street parking and the store is immaculate and very well kept. It is very organized. The prescriptions are filled in a timely manner and they are fantastic with advice if you should need it. I always came here and will continue to patronize this Pharmacy because they are simply the best.

After eight years of consistent service, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by two staff members during a visit to pick up my prescribed blood pressure medication and monitor. On October 18, I arrived shortly before the lunch break and was immediately told by a staff member that the pharmacy was closing. Despite still assisting another customer, she refused to acknowledge me, abruptly closed the gate in my face, and walked away without allowing me to speak or ask a question. Her behavior was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. When I returned on October 20, I was assisted by a staff member named Ali. While he provided my medication, he informed me that I had to purchase the blood pressure monitor over the counter. When I explained that my doctor had sent a prescription, he turned his computer monitor toward me and, with an attitude, said, "Like I said! It's not covered by your insurance." His tone and body language were condescending and unprofessional. I left the pharmacy feeling disrespected and upset--ironically, in worse condition than when I arrived to pick up medication meant to lower my blood pressure. This experience has led me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere, where I hope to receive the empathy and professionalism that patients deserve.
