I went there twice today for my prescription. The first time I went in, there were no customers waiting and 3-4 staff behind the counter. Not a single person looked at me or acknowledged my existence until after about 5 minutes of me standing there in silence. They told me my prescriptions were not ready and I needed to wait another hour. Within 10 minutes of leaving the store I receive calls stating my prescriptions were done so clearly they were working on it and were finishing within a couple of minutes. So I could have just waited if they were so close to being done instead of having to make another wasted trip. Fast forward to going back many hours later in the day because I wanted to be certain I did not have to return again. I watch a polite customer in front of me be told repeatedly "just go sit over there" in a rude tone by the older Indian woman behind the counter. Then it gets to my turn I ask about a medication I was prescribed which she (the same older Indian woman) said I needed to speak with the pharmacist then just stood there in silence and stared at me. I broke the silence after a little bit and said "well is the pharmacist here? And can I speak with her?" The Indian woman said "go over there to talk to her". I spoke to the pharmacist and was sent back to wait in line for the second time. This time I get to the counter and I tell her I have a new insurance. She said "well then you're going to have to wait over an hour because they are going to have to rebill everything." I told her okay then I will just use whatever you have on file but I will only be taking the medications I desperately need until I can figure out what's going on" then she proceeds to only partially grab some of the items I am requesting so I remind her that I needed one of the other items she was about to put back. She then just takes everything out throws it in a basket and gives it to the pharmacist telling her to rebill it. I did NOT request to have it rebilled and she clearly just passed me off to the pharmacist because she didn't want to speak with me anymore. I then had to explain to the pharmacist again that I do not want it rebilled because I do not have the time to wait around. Luckily the pharmacist was able to help me and check me out because I was on the verge of having to wait in line for the THIRD time within 1 visit to the pharmacy. Almost EVERY single person I have met at this pharmacy has absolutely NO customer service skills!! And for the record I was not rude at all to anyone despite being jerked around for almost 30 minutes because I've worked many jobs dealing with customers and I know how difficult it could be but this behavior was unwarranted and just plain rude and disrespectful. The only positive aspect of this experience was the pharmacist in the hijab that was working tonight. She is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. She was extremely kind to me and very helpful. She also apologized to me for my mistreatment. She appears to be the only person at this pharmacy I have met that treats customers as human beings with common decency. However, unfortunately this will be my last time ever returning to this store. Me and my family whole family will be taking all our business elsewhere from now on at a place where we can be treated as human beings and NOT cash cows. We are all sick and tired of dealing with BS EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We go here!

My friend then stepped to the side of the "drop-off" desk& began the process of solving that problem. I was still standing in front left side of the "drop-off" desk and was then approached by a wonderful customer who was able to shed some light& give me some information to help with the situation. For that I am grateful for herWhile this customer& I are speaking a female pharmacy tech Carrie O. Decided she would approach the drop off desk and begin discussing my friends insurance policy with me. She attempted to show me her policy information& was just yapping while the customer& I were talking. My friend stepped towards the desk while on the phone and said "please wait" and then turned around& walked towards the glasses area to continue her phone call with insurance. Miss customer decided to end the conversatio& walked away& I let the pharmacy tech know that my friend literally just told her to wait and i don't know why she continued to proceed to explain and write "VOID" on the copies of the scripts that were waiting for my friend to pick up. Stokes called me and stated they would prepare the prescription and paid up front over $260. After almost 2 weeks of not receiving any information or the prescription, I call Stokes for them to tell me that they ran out of the ingredients to create his medication, and had to wait for a shipment. At no time did anyone from Stokes contact me or my wife to give us this information. Nor despite claims when I called them, did they email me any information. So calling this morning they say they are in the process of making it and it would go out by Wed.. When I asked about expedited delivery since their "Running out" has already delayed my cats medicine two weeks, they declined saying "We don't do free upgrades". When I said this is not a free upgrade, this is customer satisfaction for your lack of communication and delay in the medication. I was then hung up on by Stokes. I had never heard of Stokes before this, and I will in any possible case going forward, never utilize them again.

You can hardly ever get anybody on the phone and when you do go there's always a substantial line. They have a new computer system where you check yourself in so it's really hard to understand why if the computer and machine are doing work checking ourselves in why can't business be open during previous regular hours especially because this takes away any excuse of not having enough staff. Also, most of the times they are out of stock.
