I've actually had to stay there more than once. The majority of the care that I got was excellent. Both in ER and after I was admitted. The people working seem to really care. I had no complaints about the food. I do have to say I have no restrictions or food is concerned. Although there were a couple of people on night shift that totally ignored patients when they pushed their buttons for help. They have been having system glitches and turn causing canceled appointments. I had two specialty appointments. The first one was in February and they called me same-day to say the system was down but could not tell me why. They said they would call when the system came up. I waited till mid March and called back to be told that their system is still down. I asked about my upcoming gastrology appointment as I have chronic disease and they could not confirm anything. In the meantime, I had Reed up and they are in major financial distress. Not paying bills means no system working Today was supposed to be my next appointment Now I have to find a whole new group of doctors I got lied to. Forgotten about. The office staff don't seem to ever be able to help. I keep getting a run around and their excuse is due to the systems being down. The systems were down way after I went in for my referral. There is never any notice of when they're having system issues unless you call in. There should be a notice on their website when systems are down since it seems to happen often. This medical group has gone was downhill over the last few years. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but everything moves in slow motion here. If you call to make an appointment expect to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and when they do they are of no help what-so-ever. I waited over 6 hours to be seen in their urgent care on Saturday and on Monday, the urgent care doctor called me and told me to make a follow-up appointment with my primary care doctor and told me they set aside appointments just for this purpose and I should be able to get in that day or the following day. After more than 20 minutes of being on the phone I was advised that the soonest appointment with my doctor was 2 weeks out. I argued with the receptionist, then suddenly one week out was available. Frustrated, I drove all the way to my doctors office where the same receptionist offered me an appointment that day at 3pm with Dr. Tatum another doctor in my pcp's practice. What kind of gatekeeping bullshit is this? Push off your patients unless they are willing to drive to your office and see that absolutely no one is there and then offer an appointment? This experience made me realize this health group will not be there for me when I need them and now I'm looking for another health group to join. It's beyond frustrating though. I felt like I had a good relationship with my doctor but if they are going to hire terrible receptionists that don't care about their patients, its time to move on. I even spoke to a director there about my experience. I told the urgent care doctor what happened when I tried to make an appointment and she insisted I talk to the director, so I did. Outcome? nothing. Still can't get an appointment to see my doctor. Tomorrow I'm going to call my insurance provider and make a complaint. Worst hospital I been too, I was there for breathing treatments due to my asthma. I was given one breathing treatment there. I barley could get words out cause I was still short of breath. My husband has to speak for me. They then proceeded too kick him out for being aggressive for trying to speak for me. They also called the cops on him for this They also pop my vein to were my arm swole up. My husband went to go tell them this it seemed like a inconvenience to the nurse. Took my wife to the ER in poway last Monday with her stomach and back hurting, told Dr where it hurts and the asked if she had kidney stones and she said yes, they did CT and gave her morphine, she told them she was still in a lot of pain but they only gave her tramadol which didn't help. The dr came back and said the CT is negative and you can go home. I said she is still vomiting and the Dr said I'll giver her more meds. I talked to my wife and she was still in pain. I went to look for Dr and told him she can't go home she is still in pain and he said I'll have the give some pain, little bit later the nurse comes in with release papers saying they didn't find anything serious. They had trouble getting her blood so instead of trying harder they only took what they could get. We went home and she was still in pain and over the next day she got worse so I took her to Escondido hospital. They did blood test for potassium and magnesium and found that she was on the verge of heart failure and took her to ICU Escondido did everything right that the staff at poway failed. GOOD: The nurses and doctors were very helpful in speaking loud and clearly because my mom is hard of hearing. On Sunday and Monday, her nurse was great and responded quickly. BAD: Unfortunately, the doctor convinced me to NOT bring all of her medications from home, telling us, "We've got everything" That was NOT the case and I had to go home to get two prescriptions not carried by the pharmacy that were critical for my mom. UGLY: On Tuesday, they also didn't take good care to come to my mom when she needed to go to the bathroom. She had to wait and wait and almost peed her pants one time. So she climbed over the railing (VERY UNSAFE) to go to the bathroom on her own. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They disregarded her and scolded her saying, "We would have just cleaned up your pee from the bed". I will be quitting PHMG because of consistently poor service around prescriptions, for more than five years, but especially today. It seems your records don't go back far enough to confirm, but every other time the doctor tells me she is prescribing a medication, it doesn't show up at the pharmacy and I need to call and call and waste my own time following up. I stuck by you through your cybersecurity attack / "system being down" for months, when I didn't get a text to tell me my appointment was cancelled, and I had to write all my prescriptions down for the nurse. I hoped this new system would be better. This morning, I sent a message in the portal - because I realized that my high anxiety right now is probably because I forgot to request a refill of my anxiety medication last month. I said in the message that it was urgent. After two hours, I called to follow up. I received a portal message at 11:42am that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. At 4:30pm, the prescription had not been received by the pharmacy, so I called PHMG. The customer service agent told me the prescription had been sent, per the 11:42am message. I called the pharmacy, but it was not received. Adding to my message and call, I asked the pharmacy to submit a refill request, which they did. At 4:41, I called PHMG. I said that I was stressed and upset, and was at my pharmacy, which had no record of the request. The customer service agent told me that she saw the prescription was sent at 4:30pm. Not 11:42am, I asked? Are you sure? The pharmacy still did not have the prescription. At 4:49pm, I called PHMG again. I reiterated that I was in need of this medicine, and very upset that this was my fourth call today with no results. The agent was kind, and tried to reach the physician assistant or nurses, but returned from hold just before 5pm to tell me everyone was gone for the day. The agent said there had been a problem and the prescription had been written but didn't go through. (Which is what I said when I called at 4:30 and 4:41!). He said he would send a message to the doctor's assistant, and maybe they would see it, but it would be better to call tomorrow. He could probably tell I was crying, and he was nice, but couldn't help. After talking to the pharmacist again, I called PHMG at 5:04pm and asked for an after hours doctor who could refill my prescription. I was crying and said that I'd called five times today. He said he would pass the message to the triage nurse and I would receive a call back. It's been 40 minutes. I have not been called back. Your system is seriously broken if two separate agents, at 4:30 and 4:41pm tell me the prescription should be at the pharmacy, when I can clearly see via my pharmacy online system that it has not arrived. Your system is seriously broken if a patient reaches out five times during the business day, and cannot get a prescription. This is 2025. These things happen online. This is how you lose a customer. It's now 6pm. No call from the triage nurse. No prescription at CVS. This is not the first time this has happened. But it will be the last, and I will post reviews online warning people to stay away from PHMG. Please fix your broken systems for prescriptions. More: At 6pm, I called to tell customer service that I hadn't heard from the triage nurse. I was told that was surprising that it had taken an hour. They resubmitted the request, and asked me to call back if I hadn't heard in 15 minutes from triage. It's now 7pm. Nobody has called me. I called customer service again a few minutes ago, and they said someone will call in 15 minutes. I escalated to a supervisor. Twice. It's now 8pm and my pharmacy is closing. Perhaps the worst customer service I've ever received. Stay away from this really broken system. read more

Basically telling me if I want to care for my child (who is in severe pain), you have to go there. Why is it, I pay my insurance (which is insanely high), I follow all the rules and I get screwed? Also, being called RACIST on the phone REALLY is uncalled for. I love my kids' regular care pediatrician, but it's not worth it after how we are treated. You don't always get what you pay for, this time, I am being severely over charged to be Insulted by the "specialist" on the phone to discuss the charges. This happened months ago, it is just now that I built the courage to leave this review. In the words of my father and timeline of our traumatic experience. "2/27/2025 My wife Rosie Wang choked at home and sent to Palomar Medical Center Poway ER then moved to ICU. Put IV on her for low Potassium. 3/2/2025 Moved to Room 424 and planned to be discharged on 3/3/2025. The IV was not working and my wife felt pain when Potassium was infused into the IV. Instead of creating a new IV, the treatment team forced my wife (Rosie) to drink a lot of Potassium orally, despite her throat being in a weakened state. It was hard for my wife to swallow, and she choked on multiple occasions. This caused a liquid build up in Rosie's lungs gathering up to 1300 C.C. of 'orange' liquid and she had trouble breathing. At around 4:51 AM Rosie called my son Alex, scared and pleading for help, where myself (Harald) and my two sons (Ron and Alex) rushed to the hospital. 3/3/2025 Rosie was moved back to ICU, due to emergency use of a needle to draw the liquid out of her lungs and putting her on high density of Oxygen (up to 4 milligrams). Due to traumatization of the events, of Rosie calling in early morning, this caused the Wang family to do a 24/7 stay by her side at the hospital. We had to rotate between family members to make sure that she (Rosie) got proper care. This caused a lot of pressure and stress for the whole family. This was mentally straining. 3/7//2025 The ICU released my wife from ICU to room 209 to be ready to discharged on 3/8/2025. The treatment team ignored the high Oxygen concern causing another issue where there was a build up of high Carbon Dioxide within her blood (causing her to be in a comatose state). Rosie was unable to wake up in the morning of 3/8/2025. The treatment team told us that the BiPap machine was not in working condition and that we had to wait 1 whole day in the ICU. Once the BiPap machine was on it was set to a pace of 16 breathes per minute. Rosie is someone with a asthma condition. This is then the first time the doctor told me (Harald) that Rosie will be gone. With the use of BiPap, Rosie was able to regain consciousness to speak with family time to time 3/9/2025 The hospital has not fed Rosie since she was in a coma, per family request they finally agreed to put a feeding tube in to help give nutrition to Rosie. Due to no movement and becoming bedridden another problem arises where her tailbone area became bruised and caused a deep tissue injury. 3/10/2025 The treatment team drew blood from a previously installed port in Rosie, without being sanitary and caused another blood infection where they needed to do emergency port removal from Rosie's body. This infection cause serious diarrhea, in order to save trouble of changing bed linen, the treatment team installed a rectal tube (even knowing that Rosie had a history of colon cancer). This then caused more skin damage and a lot of pain to Rosie where she is screaming. Rosie told me that she wanted to go home and to get out of this hellhole of a hospital. The day time doctor decided to call a family meeting, to decide the use of light pain relieve medicine (Tylenol) to help release pain and that no morphine to be used because of her weakened state. When it was my son Alex's turn to watch over Rosie at night shift, the night time doctor insisted to use MORPHINE. Alex did plead the nurse not to use morphine, and was told by the Nurse . 'This is my patient, and I will make the decision'. over-ruling the family's voice. The use of morphine, caused Rosie to be back in the state of comatose and following a decline in her health (where her kidney function fell and where later caused the liver to have issues as well). This will then cause the doctor to have a family meeting stating that Rosie will not make it and asked the family to arrange hospice service. This again put us as a family to be in despair and stress. We then decided to have a hospice home service, where she could be brought to the comfort of her home. During this process the head nurse was causing us more issues, not allowing us to bring Rosie home. When arranging a ambulance to take her home, the head nurse went behind the Wang family and cancelled the ambulance. This caused myself and my daughter Linda, to break down and put mental stress on the family as a whole. The doctor that agreed to have us discharged, spoke with the head nurse and ultimately we were finally able to bring Rosie HOME (March 22, 2025). Rosie then did get better at home but ultimately passed away due to malpractice of Palomar Medical Center Poway. Rosie passed away on April 3, 2025." read more

AVOID THIS ER AT ALL COST! I tripped and fell in my garage - badly - , I was impaled by the corner of a workbench breaking my ribs, and then continued falling and hit my head on the concrete floor, blacking out and suffering a big gash over my eyebrow that required stitches. Also slammed my knee onto the concrete garage floor with all my weight. Showed up at the ER and was there for almost 8 hours despite having only one or 2 other patients. The staff was talking, laughing, eating and on (clearly) personal phone calls 95% of the time I was sitting in a room by myself waiting for care. The 'registration' or check in area consists of folding tables and chairs out in the open where every other person in the waiting room can hear ALL of your personal info, the scale they told me to 'hop on' despite telling them I had severe chest pain, a bloody gash on my face, broken ribs and a blood pressure reading that was off the charts at 217 over 175, was literally a FOOT away from another patient, and even after 8 hours, stitches in my face, a CT scan showing broken ribs, a knee X-ray, a very botched and very painful IV insertion , multiple dangerously high blood pressure readings and an EKG done by a STUDENT nurse, I never ONCE saw an MD nor was I discharged by an MD. As I got dressed to leave, I had to *remind* the nurse to take out the IV and when I got home and looked at my discharge papers I realized there was no mention of my knee injury or X-rays, and no mention of the 3 prescriptions that were called in for me or how to take them. Following up the next day, I googled the 3 medications and found out they were TOXIC when taken together. The abysmal and egregious 'care' and treatment at this facility is shocking. I called the ER room the following day and was told I could file a 'formal complaint' and given a 'customer service' phone number in which to leave a message, that said my concerns would be responded to within 24 hours. I was told this facility has NO patient advocate, which I thought ALL hospitals must have. It has now been over 2 WEEKS and even after leaving a second VM message no one has bothered to follow up or call me back. My next call will be to file a formal complaint with the State Board. Stay FAR, FAR away from this facility if you want competent medical care. As an aside, the stitches I received over my eyebrow are so huge and haphazardly done, I am sure to have an ugly scar. Facial stitches should be small, uniform and close together. The butcher (youngish female physicians assistant) that did these stitches had a major attitude and obviously could not have cared less. I have seen better stitches on my DOG - and I am not kidding. Avoid this hell hole of incompetency. read more

We've unfortunately had to visit the ER too many times in the past few months with our elderly mother. As well as having her admitted. First let me say, the entrance to ER is being remodeled, but it has not affected their care for patients. We have had great experience with most the staff , nurses and doctors. But if we could clone two particular ones that just go above and beyond for our elderly mom, we would want them always. In the ER we have had a particular nurse that shows true compassion and excellent with our elderly mother, his name is LEO, regardless of her age, he makes us feel he truly cares about her wellbeing. Unfortunately yes her age does allow some staff at other locations to disregard her care, so we make it a point to come to this emergency room, knowing most are great, and LEO has been exceptional with her each time. While admitted we had the honor of having probably the best Dr yet, who showed once again true concern and compassion toward our mother, regardless of her age. She explained things so well, and really looked for bridges to help her situation rather than road blocks due to her age. Her name is Dr. Samantha Mason. We felt the most comforted finally today as she took her time to really explain things and left us comfortable with decisions. Two incredible staff members that just go above and beyond to show they truly care. Again, we have had great staff overall for the most part at this location read more

I was hospitalized in July 2024. I received a bill from Palomar Hospital Poway for my co-pay of over $4,000 and paid it IMMEDIATELY in Aug. 2024. My insurance later determined I had overpaid and Palomar owed me $113 back. Fast forward to March 2025, over SIX MOS LATER, and despite letters sent to them directly from UHC demanding they refund me my overpayment, they still have not! SHAME ON YOU!!! read more

Another thing I like to add is that if you were to come here for an ankle/ foot pain, stay away from this place and go somewhere else. All the staff even the doctor I had assumed that I was intoxicated when I told them what happened. After I told them what happened each and one of them asked me, "Are you sure?" I told them straight up that even if I was intoxicated I would still remember me spraining my ankle or hurting my foot but I was 100% sober. Also they prescribed me 40mg of ibuprofen which wasn't enough for my pain. I had to take a pill and a half for the pain which was annoying. Sharp memorial hospital treats me way better than this place and they actually listen to me and they don't assume/ doubt anything I say. read more

My husband went to the emergency room this week because of motor control symptoms which were neurological in nature. During registration, the registrar waved off an RN who quickly arrived to take him back to a room. The registrar person basically told the RN it had been 3 days of symptoms after onset so there was no hurry. After completing registration, my husband sat and waited while we watched other patients who entered the ER after him get taken back to rooms. A young man with a possible broken arm was deemed more of a priority over my husband. After being seen by the excellent neurologist who ordered a CAT scan, my husband was ultimately diagnosed as in critical condition. He was transferred by ambulance to the Escondido Med Center and had neurosurgery to address his subdural hematoma encasing the right hemisphere of his brain. The neurosurgeon was affiliated with UCSD. The outcome for my husband is positive but while being treated as a non-priority during the registration process, I definitely regretted taking him to Palomar Poway rather than a UCSD ER or Palomar Escondido. I am just glad the Poway neurologist was exceptional and he quickly put into place the critical care my husband needed. For future life preservation decisions, I'll probably hesitate to choose the closest ER (Poway) option. read more

This 5 star review is specifically for the ICU unit. The care that my family received in the short amount of hours we were there was exceptional. I have to specifically name the first nurse we had contact with who was Penny. Wow! She was so caring and understanding all the way up until her shift ended, she even stayed a little late and made sure she passed all information to the next nurse who was Jennifer. Every time one of my family member's came in to see my Mom, Penny made sure we all had a place to sit. She went above and beyond by ordering us some sandwiches and drinks. Due to the situation she understood we were going to be there for a while. Jennifer also provided excellent care. She answered every question we had with compassion. Although I never met the doctor (Dr Azadian) I talked to him over the phone prior to my arrival. He was very kind as well. As we left the ICU, the staff were all very kind and made sure we had contact numbers to reach them, and asked if we needed anything do not hesitant to call. My family is very grateful for the excellent care my Mother received at Palomar Medical Center ICU before she passed. read more

After an unfortunate accident where I sliced my pinky finger with my miter saw, I came here early on a Sunday morning to get my finger looked at... the parking lot was a little funky to figure out at first but I was able to get dropped off at the entrance and was checked in immediately and seen within 10 minutes being only the second person in the lobby. I don't remember all of the staffs names but they were all super friendly and the doctor was somewhat able to stitch me up and then wrap me up for a bit until I saw a hand surgeon a few days later All in all, I can't complain about much and my finger has naturally healed like 3 months later so just a quick kudos to the staff here! read more

This place is horrible, I'm traumatized by this place after a recovery nurse was taking care of me after after my surgery I was coming out of anesthesia and I was in a very vulnerable state of mind and she asked me some very intimate questions that she should've never asked me. She was definitely out of line. It's actually sexual harassment . And it has taken an emotional toll on me. And she was never suspended or anything or fired ... she is still working there as if she didn't do anything. I had brought it to the attention of Palomar complaints department. But all they said is, will watch her. Make sure it doesn't happen again and they apologized for it. That was it. It's ridiculous that somebody that does something like that can get away with this type of behavior towards patients that have just come out of surgery in a very vulnerable state and nothing truly gets done about it . This is one of the best ERs I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and helpful. You can really tell that they genuinely want to help patients and advocate for them. I went there with a dental infection that my dentist wasn't helping me and they treated my infection plus I left feeling heard. The medical team goes above and beyond to make you feel better. I recently had a surgery and two night stay at this hospital from 9/9 to 9/11. The patient care was top notch from pre-op to recovery rooms. The staff here really makes you feel safe and comfortable and I truly needed that with pre-surgery anxiety. I'm a 79 year old female, a former Social Worker (CSW) who lives alone and who for the past 5 weeks has been afflicted with trigeminal neuralgia. My first visit to Palomar ER was on 1/9 when I was diagnosed, treated with pain killers and sent home.No complaints about the care I received. 5 days later on 1/14 I was taken to the ER again extremely dehydrated due to severe vomiting caused by a reaction to Tegratol given to treat the TNeuralgia by my PCP from Scripps at Carmel Mountain. From the ER I was transferred to the ICU due to severe Hyponatremia (dangerously low sodium levels) and two days later transferred to the third floor of the hospital. For the most part I received excellent care by nurses and their assistants who were caring and very professional. Discharged home on 1/17 where I began to recover (MRI and consult with a neurologist scheduled). On 1/30 I had another bad attack of Tneuralgia again and immediately went to Scripps Urgent Care where they were not able to help much and was discharged home at 6 PM. Unable to obtain the RX for Percocet because the CVS pharmacy on Duenda Rd. closed at 7 PM and a Rx for a narcotic could not be transferred to another pharmacy, and that the pharmacist still at Duenda CVS refused to help and dispense the Rx that was there waiting to be picked up. By 8:30 PM friends drove me to Palomar ER where I sat in the lobby for several hours in excruciating pain. At midnight a nurse gave me a dose of Percocet and I sat on a straight back chair in the hallway until a Nursing Supervisor took pity on me and placed me in a cubicle with a bed. Around 1:45 AM or so an ER doctor came and told me that I was going to be discharged. I told him that the Percocet had not alleviated the pain , that I felt very drowsy and that I lived alone. He said not to worry because I would be given another dose before leaving at 2AM and sent home in an Uber. I couldn't believe my ears because I knew Percocet can only be taken every 6 hours.. This doctor said that they couldn't keep me because they needed the bed. I felt apart crying in pain, fear and frustration. The nursing supervisor intervened and I was allowed to stay until 4 AM when I was given another dose of Percocet and sent home via an Uber taxi. Before my discharge the doctor came and handed me a Discharge Plan for me to sign which I refused to sign because all it was was a boiler plate printed form with a Dx of Trigeminal Neuralgia, no detail given of my vital signs, past recent history at that hospital, nor any mention of what meds I had been given. I requested that he write a proper Discharge Plan. The Nursing Supervisor intervined again and the plan was rewritten by the doctor with the only change noting that I had received Percocet without mentioning the times given. At my insistance it was the Nursing Supervisor who entered the times (midnight and 4 AM) in her own handwriting. I asked where that doctor had received his training and remarked that perhaps he needed to go back to medical school. I only pray that I never ever again have to land at that ER which unfortunately is where the ambulance takes you due to proximity from my home. read more

i've been trying to get my son's medication for 40 days and I have not been able to get it and I keep getting the running around. Shame on you because people are having seizures and bad things are happening because no one can get anyone to call them back, they won't fill medication's. I've had an emergency three pills given to me from Costco in Poway thankfully but that's done me. No good. Do better and call your people back and fill the medication's. read more

Horrible experience. The ultrasound tech and ct scan we're nice and seemed to care. All other staff seemed sadistic. They do not care about you and almost enjoy seeing you in intense pain. I got lectured for coming to the ER for a kidney stone in excruciating pain, having never had one before and not knowing what was wrong and thinking I had a ruptured ovarian cyst. I NEVER take pain medication I don't even like Tylenol and I was treated like I was drug seeking just to get enough relief to be able to take a full breath. Then was reprimanded by the nurses for having a panic attack because I was in so much pain with no help and no end in sight. It didn't help that the guy couldn't get the IV in and kept repetitively stabbing me with the needle even when a more experienced nurse offered to take over and help he denied it and kept poking ultimately failed and had to start over. Your patients in extreme pain are not the ones to practice on. This place should be shut down. I highly recommend going anywhere else. read more

This place is severely understaffed needing more doctors (no not nurses and what not) doctors. Everytime my nurse needed to check with my doctor before doing something to me they would go missing for the longest time (up to 1 hour or longer) waiting for my doctors approval on something. Unfortunately (very very unfortunate I had this troll as my "nurse") I had Emily T as my nurse. She asked me to wear a mask and I said "I'm struggling to breathe as it is, I can't wear a mask I'm barely getting enough air as it is." She said "well there's people and kids around. WTF EMILY? That is not my problem. FIGURE IT OUT. MOVE ME TO A ROOM. So she did decide to move me to a room but had hella attitude about it. I'm not going to wear a mask when my heart rate and blood pressure is through the roof and I BARELY can get any air as it is. Then I tell her two more times I'm struggling to breathe and she does NOTHING. I start crying because I CANT BREATHE and that's when she FINALLY decided to help me. SMH. (Crying made my heart rate rise even more. Normal heart rate is 70-100. Mine was 130 when I got to the emergency room. Went up 140 after being ignored for an hour or two about not being able to breathe. And the went up to 155 when I was crying). Emily T then injected me with an IV and she injected it at full blast it was such a weird pain feeling the IV going through my body like a hose on full speed. It's important to remember that you're there not just to do your job. But to do it with CARE. Emily seemed like she wanted to get it over with and did it all fast. Same thing with the steroids. She shot that shit at full speed in my body and I felt such pain I started screaming when I felt it shoot in my body in so many directions. So I screamed telling her to take it off bc It hurts so much and she tells me to "calm down". oh and she also gave me anxiety medication to "calm me down" when I've been calm the whole time except when she shot me at full blast with steroids. she said she was going to bring me an IV so I could breathe (I was literally suffocating my nose was clogged and my throat was closing) and she never brought me an IV and left me waiting for a while meanwhile I'm there struggling to breathe. (I was extremely struggling and Emily T could give two shits). I do have to applaud Jonathan (T is the first initial of his last name). He did a great job at keeping it together when I was shouting in pain and crying. I am so glad he took over from that failure of a nurse Emily T. He really took his time to make sure my questions were answered and to assure me I was in the best hands. Anytime I needed him he'd be there right away. He was so kind and made me feel human. Everyone can really learn a thing or two from him. He's an asset to the team and Palomar is lucky to have him. I hope I get him again if I ever need to go back. A couple days later I called to ask a clarifying question "my nose has been clogged and all my docs knew but no one recommended me a nose spray so which nose spray do I use?" A question for those who saw me, the charge nurse Sarah answers with her disturbing attitude. "We can't give you advice (I'm not asking for advice it's a clarifying question of something that was already told me!) and "I can give you the emergency number if you have questions." She gave me such a hard time. I've never been treated like garbage like this before. The one or two other times I've been seen in a hospital I've been able to talk to the docs that saw me not long after my discharge. I called the same day I was discharged. I hope all of Sarah's friends and family see this to see how disgusting she is at her job. She needs to do the world a favor and resign from working in a field where people's lives depend on it and stick to a job where you don't interact with people at all.
