I had been trying to serve someone for several months. I used another process server 3 times - each time the other company tried to serve this person 5 times and each time this person evaded service. This other company kept upgrading what it needed in order to serve. So I started looking around at other process servers for a difficult serve. One company wanted $2500 for the service - which I was considering because I needed to get this done. Genaro managed to get the service done first time. If I could give Genaro 10 stars instead of 5, I would! He has gone above and beyond my expectations. For example, the small claims department was behind on making amendments, so I got the amended forms later than expected, which gave me a tight timeline to serve two parties. He understood my concerns and immediately addressed them by promptly serving the two parties and then filing the proof of service to the court. I'm sure anyone can relate to feeling stressed out when getting someone served before an upcoming court date. Fortunately, Genaro's professionalism, kindness, thoroughness, and responsiveness put me at ease. Also, the cost for legal process serving was very reasonable. I needed a Process Server to serve a restraining order on someone whose whereabouts I could never pinpoint. Finally I discovered he was in a hotel but it was 1am. I contacted Palomino's through yelp and they responded right away.... at 1am. An extremely fair agreement was immediately drawn up and they were at the hotel within the hour and staked out the place until 5:30am when they finally were able to serve the individual. They stayed in constant touch with me throughout. This company went way above and beyond what I ever imagined anyone would and on the shortest of notices.
