My first appointment there was absolutely terrible. I showed up 30 mins early to fill out paper work and to hopefully speed things up but no. I waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room while every single other person that walked in after me went in the office, got treated and left, while I'm sitting in the waiting room and haven't even gotten vitals yet. Then after waiting this long it's now ther lunch time. They actually took a break to eat lunch while I've been here for over an hour waiting. We were very early and they got us registered right away. Cecily at registration was super nice. They called us back at exactly 11:30 where we were warmly greeted and escorted by Kelly. Then Michelle administers the IV injection. The reclining chair looked super comfy. It's an hour wait to let the injection work through the system. They brought out a pillow and blanket to make the patient comfy. They put the patient's belongings in a locker and gave us the key. Kelly was very caring and kind, offered me a water. Very clean facility. It is a bright blue building exterior and you can't miss it. I can't speak yet for how quickly the results get to the referring specialist, since the test was today. Hoping the rest of the process goes smoothly.

So right off the bat I love this office for the availability and ease of scheduling. Dr Donatello is incredibly personable and took an extensive amount of time to establish care with me. He addressed every concern I had and explained everything in such detail. You won't find service like this with a medical group. He never made me feel embarrassed about my symptoms and always seems to genuinely care about my well being. I cannot express how thankful I am that he started practicing at this clinic!
