It only recently came to my attention that over a decade of cat feces and Goodwill "treasures" had accumulated but now the tenant had moved and it was my job to get the home ready for sale...within 3 days. The financial implication of NOT selling this home were very dire to my family, to put it mildly. I put out a quote inquiry through Yelp and Dust Bunnies Maid Services was the first to respond (on Mother's Day, btw!). I immediately clicked with owner Bobbie on the phone - she was understanding, nice, calm, and knew what she was talking about. She offered to come out the next day (!!) and get started right away. She ensured me she'll get it done, despite my probably very graphic description of what awaited her. I started to have hope. With the aide of her helper, a steam cleaner, and fantastic know-how about cleaning, Dust Bunnies managed to pull off the impossible: the home was clean and odor free in 2 days. Bobbie kept at it like it was her life's mission, and despite finding more and more issues with the home the further we went into the cleaning process, Bobbie never re-negotiated on the price. She never took breaks, or complained about the work. She just did it. She stuck it out until this incredibly hard job was done. This meant 12-14 hour days of constant cleaning, steaming, scrubbing, and mopping. In addition to Bobbie's hardcore dedication to getting the job done, she was also genuinely nice and funny. I felt like I made a friend during this grueling process. This seemingly impossible mission was made only possible thanks to Bobbie's tireless dedication to making it happen. My family is now safe and the home is in wonderful condition - and already has a happy new owner. Going forward, Dust Bunnies will be my only go-to for my properties including my own home. The staff are always friendly, professional, and they actually follow the directions I leave--which is rare and very appreciated. I've also seen Bonnie training new team members, and it's clear she holds her staff to high standards and expects a lot. They truly deliver on that.
