With the two previous, good reviews, I figured that they were worth a phone call. After speaking with Ryan Redmond for only a few minutes, I knew that he was the guy for us. As soon as Ryan understood my needs and time frame, he hit the ground running! He was able to lay out a bunch of different options that were available, explain the differences, point out the pros/cons of each, and get us up and running with the health insurance plan we needed even sooner than I'd hoped! He is attentive, genuinely upbeat, and a really great guy to work with. Terri worked with our problems and got us individual plans for each person when we first started with our health two years ago. This year teo insurance companies canceled their coverage and didnt alert us unril November, and the third child needed to change. And ihealth was quick to respond to me in multiple ways, (text, email and calks) and the back-and-forth of trying to get in touch was minimal. Terri, our broker, took the time to really understand our individual needs. And in each case thoughtfully and thoroughly helped us navigate the system without having to sweat.
