She called for a spa manager and I waited another 10 minutes then I was told by her that they don't offer 1 hour massages. Obviously the person who booked the massage for me wasn't trained properly and didn't know the session length times. But the manager tried to make it my fault saying they only offer 50 min and 70 min. I paid the $110 to be done with the crap show. Massage was horrible. Therapist and staff very unprofessional. There are plenty of machines and free weights so you shouldn't have to wait to excercise (at least during the hours i go. It may get busy later). The pool can get crowded on the weekends but there is still plenty of room. The equipment is not brand new but every machine and free weight i have used is in working condition.
