This is the best nail salon I've ever been to. I came in last Saturday when it was really busy, I did wait 2 hours to get my nails done but the front guy makes it feel like no time with giving drinks and making you feel welcome. I left happy after that visit. Tuesday, i started noticing my nails were lifting and the shape started looking weird. I called Wednesday and made a appointment for 6:30 that night. I came in and they let me pick a whole new color and redid them completely and even a different shape free of charge. Lynn was amazing with doing my nails. Alina did an amazing job on my nails! She listened to me and did my nails exactly like I wanted them. She got the shape and length exactly like I wanted them and matched the picture I brought in of an ombré pink and glitter. Everyone of the staff is very friendly, well spoken and the salon is very clean and inviting. The colors choices they made for the pedi chairs, client chairs, pillows and decor are are very soothing and relaxing. They played 80's music and you may be singing along before you leave. Their selection of dip powder colors is large with some beautiful colors. I can't find anything negative to say about this place at all. Give this salon a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Just moved to Royse City. I'm so happy to have found my nail spot already. This is actually my all time favorite nail salon. The staff is super nice. Mike who I believe is the manager is hilarious and welcoming. He makes the best drinks lol. The service is amazing. I've had Holly do my nails twice. The nails are elegant, not bulky looking. Kim did my pedicure the first time and she was great. Wasn't in a rush to scrape my gel polish off. She used some remover that I've never seen before. She really paid attention to detail. The last time I went I had Hello do my pedicure. Absolutely the best leg massage I received during a pedicure. 5/5 stars! Would recommend! read more

If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would. I had my nails done out of town and asked for a normal set of dip nails. A week and a half later my nails were incredibly sore and just didn't look right. I stopped by Pamper Nails after work and was so grateful for their help. Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. They were patient with removing the set I had and even took time to educate me on what was on my nails. Apparently it was acrylic powder used at another shop and not organic dip powder. My nails and hands feel so much better and my natural nails are still strong and healthy. And my manicure is perfect. I will definitely be going back! read more

Here I go again!!! I can't rave enough about this nail salon!!The staff is so warm and friendly which is the cherry on top of the services. I always get a pedicure and dip powder on my natural nails. The pedicures are heaven sent especially with Hello, he takes his time and the massage is chefs kiss perfection. Sandy does my nails and she does them PERFECTLY to my liking. I have finally found my nail salon home after searching for many years. As long as their doors are open I will be a customer!!! Decided to treat myself to The Works pedicure and I am glad I did at Pamper Nails! It was my first time there. Probably the best pedicure I have ever had. Cathy gave an amazing leg and foot massage. If that's your thing, try her. I will definitely do a repeat trip. Mike at the front desk was super friendly and attentive. The drinks are fun, a little different variety than most places. I also liked that the smell of artificial nails was not overwhelming. They must have pretty good ventilation in there :) I had no wait, I was seated immediately and Cathy did not rush through at all. I decided to try the new salon today on my lunch break and I was not disappointed! Everyone was very friendly! The salon has been beautifully renovated and is very sleek and clean. They have a great range of color choices also. The girl who took care of me were meticulous. I am extremely picky about the shape of my nails and they made sure to make sure they were perfect! Ohh man where do I begin! This place is amazing, last summer I went down to Dallas with my friend for a vacation. We wanted to to try this nail salon place to get a manicure and a pedicure and so we went there and we had an amazing time! For a second there I thought I was sitting at a resort! If the worst reviews are because of the wait, let me tell you, this place is worth the wait. Anna who did my pedicure was incredibly thorough. By far the best pedicure I've ever had. Sandy did my manicure with dip and was amazing. The attention to detail and sincere care for the customer is second to none.
