They scrubbed oranges on my legs which was cool, I've never seen that before! As soon as I got home, I noticed one of my toe nails was smudged and I returned the next day and the owner was so WELCOMING and fixed my toe nail at no charge, even though I insisted that I would pay. Upon reviewing the receipt after leaving the salon, I discovered a 2.25% convenience fee had been added to my transaction without any prior disclosure. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was immediately offered a refund. However, my concern was never the amount itself. The issue is transparency. Customers should be informed of any additional fees before a transaction is completed so they can make an informed decision about whether to proceed. There was no signage posted at the register, and the fee was never verbally disclosed during checkout. Additionally, staff engaged my minor child in personal conversations regarding her appearance without first addressing me as her parent. As we were leaving, we were also repeatedly encouraged to leave a 5-star review, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate. Businesses have an obligation to be transparent regarding pricing and fees. Undisclosed charges, even small ones, undermine customer trust. I believe customers deserve full disclosure of all fees before payment is processed, not after they review their receipt. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we may think twice about returning.

I tipped them $30 total which was more than the $27 I paid for the Gel Mani & regular pedicure Groupon lol I did ask what the regular price for it would be and they said $67. I was in & out within an hour. The ONLY thing I did not like was I asked for red nails which they came out red, but they picked it out. I was so happy I found them again and their awesome customer service/skills. Here's a few reasons why I LOVE them - Everyone knows how Chick-fil-A has consistent quality, minimal wait time, and delivery speed does not sacrifice quality - no matter who is working or managing right at that time. Well.... Classy Nail Bar Royse City is the Chick-fil-A in this industry. (That's a huge compliment. All Chick-fil-A fans will understand this ) I've NEVER asked for a specific person bc I have awesome experience with all of the employees here. that should say a lot! EVERYONE is great! In the event your results are not as you wanted, politely let your tech and/or the management know. They all are very receptive to your feedback and want to make sure you are more than just satisfied before leaving. While I am a simple customer - manicure, pedicure, gel polish - I look particularly for cuticle trimmed, smooth paint lines around my cuticles, smooth tip edges, clean under nails, and callus removal, gel paint that never comes off, etc. I must say I always see the extravagant nail designs they are always doing as well - They are ARTISTS I am someone who pays attention to how owners/management/business leaders treat and speak to their employees. This management and staff treat each other with respect. Period. I won't go into things I've seen elsewhere, but just know that customers notice the positive dynamic and vibes yall have with each other.
