I say it hasn't been 9 minutes and she says "yea it's because they won't have enough time to do your service" ..... how does she that make any sense?! You have a 9 minute late policy, I get here before the 9 minutes but then you say you still can't see more before the grace period is up. And of course there's no more availability the day. What frustrates me is when companies incorporate these policy's but then don't stick to them. Like they took a completely accommodating experience and managed to make it inconvenient.
